Main advantages: This spacious apartment was quite airy and comfortable and a very good value for the money. It is very practical for a stay of several days (we were here for 4 nights) and with its small kitchen you can prepare your own meals. The location is especially good. It is a short walk from the Hackescher Markt and not far from the major sites in the center of Berlin. The entrance is not obvious since it is necessary to inquire at the little café (Lois) on the corner of Linienstraße and Gormannstraße where the apartment house is located, but once that is known it is not a problem.

Main advantages: Nice and convenient apartment at a great location. Check in and check out was quick and easy at the café on the ground floor. Good price. I would stay there again.

Main disadvantages: When we got there I didn't know this wasn't a regular hotel, so there is no front desk or anything, only the bar where they give you the keys and explain a bit about the apartments. I wish I received more information about the apartments in advance. Also I never figured out the maid/cleaning service and what it included, they changed my towels once, took the trash a couple of times and never cleaned the bathtub, which was really necessary.

Main advantages: The staff at the bar (lobby/front desk) is really friendly. Also the bar itself is very nice. The apartment I stayed in is huge and has a really nice balcony with a great view.

Merita Istanbul, Turkey - Business trip

Main disadvantages: Just for one day there was no hot water but they fixed it urgently..

Main advantages: I stayed there 6 days with my sister and it was really confortable and clean. The room was big enough for two people.Also very central and close to the supermarkets..If I go to Berlin again I would definitly stay there..

Main advantages: The apartment was very comfortable and cozy. All stuff provided both in the bathroom and in the kitchen was clean and new. there is a food store at the end of the road open till late, very useful! people at the bar downstairs very helpful, they do speak some english. 2 metro stations very close, 3min walk.
