Main disadvantages: I think the staff should smile more. I know it is hard for Germans, but
generally, travelers appreciate to be perceived friendly.
The TV was super small. At the beginning we thought that the flat TV was stolen or removed for repair, but then we were told that it is the small screen on the wall that we can rotate. The sound of the TV was very very poor, we had to turn on the TV to the max and can't hear much. We were very disappointed that in this 5 star hotel, they can't put a flat TV, which we can always see in other 4 star hotels. This has to improve. Otherwise, we will not choose this hotel again.
Main advantages: Love the spa and swimming facility, the hotel has a very good location
close to the Christmas market and shopping streets. The breakfast was
awesome!! They have one person just to fry the special omelet for
people and it was very delicious. The waiter and waitress were very
hard working to make sure the dirty dishes are taken before you return
your seat.

Main advantages: Perfect Hotel on great location. Bus 200 is leaving and arriving every 10minutes in front of the hotel which will take you to the most important locations of Berlin. Big rooms, very comfortable and clean. Great stuff and excellent service. The indoor swimming pool is a big advantage especially if you have children and the jacuzzi was a total relaxation. A+++ recommended

Main advantages: I have to say my wife and I have only good things to say about this
hotel. The entire staff from the bellman to reception, the concierge,
housekeeping and lounge staff was superb in every way, everyone was
friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a very good location near
KuDam, it is spacious and the layout of our room was excellent. The
executive lounge was also excellent for value. We highly recommend this
hotel and will stay there again.

Main disadvantages: We paid the parking ticket in advance for our whole stay of 4 nights...however, on 31st december, we could not park in the hotel's parking site since all spaces where already in use...however, when we tried to park behind other cars in not specifically signed parking spaces, a bell staff came to us and said that it is not allowed to park there due to emergency and that all other cars which parked in these area will be taken away by police...later we found out that all cars parked there the whole night and even hotel's own car park parked in this 'emergency zone'...thus, we felt that the guy lied to us
Main advantages: Room was already available when we checked in at 9.30 a.m.and we received a nice room-upgrade

Main disadvantages: I was shocked how i was charged almost 100 euros for a few calls within Berlin and found out those calls are free.I am back in august as there is a big weding celebration on 28th and 29 th of August.Certainly i insist on being explained those horrendous charges

Main disadvantages: we had a problem with a malfunctioning thermostat - room was at least 25C - the first person we ask at reception just told us to turn off the air system altogether and wait - the next day at check out we complaint. The staff was very apologetic - obviously a mistake and we should have been moved to a different room. We were offered vouchers the next stay but opted for refund of upgrade. All in all very satisfied.
Main advantages: Fabulous room - we paid for an upgrade to delux upon arrival and got an amazing room - pretty much the best I had ever stayed in - with view over the Zoo. Very impressive and fantastic value for money. The area was more interesting than I had thought and I was glad we did not pay more for a hotel nearer Postsdamer Platz which I found a bit soulless.
