Main advantages: The location of the hotel is excellent. It is not in the narrowest centre, but the area is extremely pleasant. The hotel is just off the most popular shopping street in Berlin, with designer shops just around the corner. The area feels luxurious and expensive, which made the low cost of the hotel rooms a pleasant surprise. The metro station is five minutes away, and the Berlin highlights are reached in 3-5 metro stops. The gentleman at the reception desk is outstandingly kind and helpful. Breakfast is good.

Ab Leiden, Netherlands - Group tour

Main disadvantages: The building and rooms need a little maintenance. There is not a single sound from outside but if there are guests that make a lot of noise at night you don't want to be here. You will here every word and sound. No possibility to make a cup of tea or coffee in the evening.

Main advantages: Fantastic old chic building. Nice comfortable room. Perfect breakfast, each day salmon for breakfast ... and much more. Quiet neighborhood. Low price, especially for the comfort you get.

Main advantages: At the first place the kindness and usefulness of the staff at the reception desk. Mr. Kapageinnidis was at our disposal for any kind of help - he is equiped by information, maps, suggestions and above all good will and smile. You begin to experience the hotel as your own space. No pressure, no strict formality, no cold-as a machine atmosphere, you enjoy in stay in relax and friendly atmosphere. The location is perfect, but Kima is tranquil place, 10m far from 'key' street (Kudam, what is alive all the day and night, with shops and restaurants); and excellent traffic connections for any need (airport, university, shopping, sight-seeing) and good breakfast. I plan to return there again.

Main disadvantages: The staff doesn't stay at the property 24/7 so if you need help very late at night, you have to wait until next day. The bed was unclean and felt itchy through out the night sleeping in it.

Main advantages: Very close to stations and good neighborhood, staff was very very helpful. They gave me free wifi code.

Main disadvantages: The sewing system was a bit loud sometimes and rarely we heard our neighbours from other rooms.

Main advantages: The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. We loved the building - the lift! - and the location as well. Breakfast was great. We'll definitely go back and suggest it to anyone going to Berlin.
