Main disadvantages: A hotel of this Calibre should have wifi/Internet included in the room rate. Disappointing that use of the sauna is at extra charge: again, this should be included in room rate.

Main advantages: Staff efficiency and friendliness. The Christmas market is a one minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Excellent room cleaning service. Excellent breakfast.

Main advantages: Room was large and very nice bathroom, staff were helpful and professional and the spa facilities were excellent, as was the fitness room which I had to myself both times I used it. I went there to relax and unwind after a hectic business trip and I certainly was able to do that at the palace. They got my bill wrong, but it was sorted out quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Main disadvantages: Just one minor comment. My wife told me the restaurant on lobby wasn't that good. Kids menu was a bit disppointing. However this is a just minor point considering all the services we had at the hotel.

Main advantages: Spent two nights and my verdict would be one of the best hotels in Europe! Just spotless except one minor thing. Staff at the front desk were superb. Check-in and out were very quick and pleasent. Hotel Concierge Service did its best to find out a local resturant for us on busy Friday evening. I think he made more than 5 calls to get a table for us. Spa facilities inclduing swimming pool were excellent. My daughter, 2.5 years old, was able to swim with armbands by herself for the 1st time!

Main disadvantages: It would be appreciated if a complimentary bottle of water was provided. The only negative experienced was the high cost of internet access in the bedroom.

Main advantages: The hotel is rated 5 star, and justifiably so. It is well designed and there are many thoughtful features which take the comfort of the guest into account.Our group of friends (8 -10 persons) all found the staff to be professional and exceptionally helpful and friendly. Every request was attended to, and staff were pro-active, anticipating the need for large taxis and transportation to the airport. A request for gluten free food at breakfast was attended to and an excellent selection of breads were provided. The breakfast buffet was very well laid out and the food was to a high standard. The fact that the wonderful zoo is across the road would make it an attractive location for families with children. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.

Main advantages: Before my first stay at the Palace Hotel, I had stayed at a couple of " 5-Star " hotels in Berlin. After my first stay at the Palace, I stayed no where else. My recent stay at the Palace must have been the 6th or 7th in the last few years. My compliments to the Management and the staff of the Palace. It is as good as anyone can possibly expect.

Risto Vantaa, Finland - Rest with friends

Main disadvantages: The room was at the 3rd floor and the view from the window was not very good. This however did not matter as we weren't there to spend time at the hotel room too much. Of course, it would've been nice to have nice view from the hotel.

Main advantages: Service was very good and friendly. We were able to have the room at the morning at 9 o'clock when we arrived + they upgraded our room to one level higher with the same price! Very nice!

Main advantages: My wife and I loved everything about this hotel. It was simply superb!! The complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever seen with an incredibly wide variety of foods and an attentive wait staff ready to assist in every way possible.
