Main advantages: The room was large and looked like new. The bathroom have been renovated, we could see it. We booked a 3 bed room and that's what we got, 3 nice beds, and not 2 beds and 1 sofa!

Main disadvantages: Only thing missing was tea and coffee facilities in the room which you find less and less these days, but the good thing was at least room service was available unlike a four star hotel I recently stayed at in Nice which was nothing compared to the quality of Ludwig van Beethoven!

Main advantages: The hotel looks very different outside compared to what you get inside?! Very helpful and pleasant staff, great buffet breakfast that was included and the room was spacious, clean and quiet with a TV and free wifi!

Main advantages: Good quality hotel. Room was very clean. Location was good outside city centre but only 100 meteres from under ground station. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Hotel is small and friendly and would recomend to others visiting Berlin.

Alexandu Bucharest, Romania - Group tour

Main advantages: Near local transportation facillities -U bahn + bus. Room are big and nice. Hotel is clean and staff is OK. Near hotel there are some restaurants with good food. I will recommend the Italian restaurant very near (50 m in the opposite side of U-bahn). Hotel breakfast good.

Main disadvantages: As one might have expected, the furnishings were a bit out of fashion and the carpet worn but clean.

Main advantages: The staff were polite and helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was very good with a selection of food, drinks and good quality bread. The room was very clean and spacious. For the price paid, it was an excellent value hotel, well-run by friendly staff and very close to the underground station. Perfect for a few days break.

Main disadvantages: you have to turn all the lights off individually in the rooms - no central switch (although this is nicer for mood lighting). Hairdryer wasn't very good. Bring your own shampoo as they only have shower gel dispensers.

Main advantages: Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, well soundproofed rooms, efficient front desk staff, fantastic breakfast, very good value

Andrew Dunedin, New Zealand - Individual tour

Main advantages: Very comfortable bed, friendly staff, great breakfast and perfect for the Huxley's venue across the road where we saw the New Model Army 30th anniversary gigs. Also close to some good restaurants, particularly the Egyptian just down the road.
