Main advantages: The hotel is very nice with very good service. Very convenience location, only ten minutes walk fro the train station. The staff is very helpful, breakfast was great, food at the hotel was also good and reasonable price. I would definitely go back a fain.

Main advantages: It's in a great location, right on the river. The staff (female) when we checked in were very friendly and helpful, but the male receptionist when we were checking out was not so efficient and stayed on the phone whilst we waited to pay and didn't acknowledge that we were there until we started to walk away. However, the hotel is very good value for money, the rooms are pretty basic but are clean and we would stay there again.

Main advantages: The rooms were clean, the location was good and the breakfast buffet was really great. The general manager was a little stiff and cold, yet professional.

Main disadvantages: As handicapped travellers, we found the stairs to get up to the hotelvery difficult - there is no mention on the website that you have toclimb these steps to get into the hotel. As the hotel has anelevator, we naturally assumed that this would take us from groundfloor up to our room.

Main advantages: The hotel is very central and has easy access to boat trips, etc. Ourroom with a balcony had a wonderful view overlooking the Mosel.

Main advantages: The staff were excellent especially the Receptionist who could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was first class. The location is outstanding. I would like to return and stay longer.

Main disadvantages: Wi-fi fee (10 Euros/hour) is excessive, when other hotels provide free access. Hotel parking fee is also high, since parking lot is distant from hotel and challenging uphill walk for alter-abled guests.

Main advantages: Central location, close to bike rentals, castle, and river. Pedestrian zone and restaurants nearby. Rooms with river view balconies are great.

Main disadvantages: Bedrooms very small. No AC, just a small rotating fan. Would not stay here in the summer. Othertimes will be OK.

Main advantages: Excellent location. Excellent and hearty breakfast. Cute hotel in a typical German town. Very friendly and clean.

Main disadvantages: Shower is a bit small with the rounded doors, especially for largerpeople. And, the hair dryers could be updated to a more powerful dryer.

Main advantages: Tanya, at front desk reception was wonderful. She was so helpful when wechecked in and very patient with explanations for us English travelers.Our dinner was very good and breakfast as well.

Main advantages: The hotel is centrally located in Cochem. My room was at the back and fairly quiet. The price included half-board (evening meal and buffet breakfast). The receptionist spoke English very well (better than my German) and was helpful. Cycle storage space was provided in the hotel cellar. They allowed me to leave my bicycle and bags at the hotel after checking out so that I could visit the castle before resuming my journey.

Main advantages: Location could not be better, staff are really helpful and nice family feel to the hotel. Limited reservable parking places available on request. Great breakfast and evening meals. Cannot really fault the place, and will certainly stay again next time we want to visit Cochem.

Main advantages: The reception was very helpful and welcome. The view to Mosel is beatiful and we enjoy our stay. The hotel is located directly at Mosel promenade and offers not only view but also all options for shopping and eating.
