Main disadvantages: cost of the internet was too high, most hotels that we stayed in in Germany had free wi fi , even small hotels in villages, but the Hilton Munich Park charge was rididulous

Main disadvantages: In these times internet access should be for free in every hotel. Hilton
rates are 27 € for a day and 12 € for a hour, these prices are very high
and could be a reason not to book the Hilton anymore in the future.
Main advantages: Rooms are very clean, beds are good and the bar is great, nice staff
which are really interested in you.

Main disadvantages: The television in the room has around 30 channels with only 2 in English
and both news. You have to pay 5 euros for more English channels (every
24 hours) which I did for the first day only to realise all the extra
channels are either religious “god” channels or international channels
with English sub titles. No entertainment or light hearted channels.
From a chain such as Hilton I would have expected more.
Main advantages: All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. English is
spoken perfectly by all the staff and the services including the food is
excellent. Only bad point about the hotel is there are no television
channels available in English except for news, which that even after a
while can become too much.

Main advantages: Very helpful and friendly stuff, great breakfast, comfortable and spacious room, good location next to the English Garden not far from city center and with great access to city bus and tram, nice view, excellent value for money.

Main disadvantages: Room service was not of the same quality every day. Room had a strange smell on the first day.
Main advantages: Excellent breakfast with fresh eggs, omeletts, pancakes etc., location close to Englischer Garten but still close enough to the city center. Large room with a view, comfortable bed. US American origin of the chain can be felt.

Main disadvantages: It´s 2010. Internet connection should be free. 25€ per hour is just not acceptable.And letting the guests play piano wouldn´t hurt...
Main advantages: The room (Deluxe Double Room) was excelent. Really Big, with nice views over the English Gardens and quiet. The bathroom was clean and the bathtub comfortable. The bed was incredibly huge (2m x 2m), they provided all the pillows we needed and the large screen tv worked perfectly. The offer (100€/room/night) included bathrobes and one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever seen. Including homemade omelettes and views over the gardens.The swimming pool is free of charge although a little small (6 people were too many). There also 2 saunas and a turkish sauna.

Main disadvantages: The pool is actually really small (on the photos it seems much much bigger). I would suggest to the hotel to allow access to the spa to adults only, or at least to lmit children under 10, 12 years. The spa area is nice and it offers nice and relaxing atmosphere that was completely destroyed by small kids playing, screaming and jumping into the pool. As a 5 star hotel, the spa area should really be a place to relax and feel comfortable.
Main advantages: I visited Munich in December when it was really cold so I really liked having the spa in the hotel in order to spend some time in the sauna after a cold day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and they let us do an early check-in at 10 instead of 14.

Main disadvantages: Yes! We, the whole family, did not appreciate certain guests resting their bare feet on the furniture and couches. It was very offensive and distastful. No manager went to the offenders and asked them to remove their bare feet from the furniture.We had to leave the lobby more than once due to this ugliness. It just is not right to do this .

Main disadvantages: I know i shouldn't be surprised by this, but the price charged for internet use and print outs is too high. The mini-bar prices also made me baulk.
Main advantages: As expected from a Hilton, the room was very good. Clean, spacious, modern and bright. The staff were helpful, with the exception of one slightly rude member of staff on the desk, but the rest of the staff more than made up for that. The transport links to the hotel were good from the city centre.

Main advantages: Good location near to the gardens but travel to to the city centre meant catching a tram. This was not a major problem however as the trams were frequent. Breakfast was really good and the staff were excellent in their service. Good facilities and our room, even though one of their basic rooms, was excellent. We would certainly return especially as the price we paid was nowhere near the 'rack rate.'

Main advantages: The Hilton Munich Park is an excellent hotel. Not very attractive from the outside and perhaps not in the best location for tourists (nearest underground rail station is 15 minutes walk away but there is a bus service from just outside the hotel) but inside everything is clean, modern and stylish. Breakfast was superb but at 28EURO per person it is best to get an all-inclusive rate if possible as that offers much better value.Would definitely stay there again.

Main advantages: We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very close to the Chinese Gardens and a short trip to the city by public transport. Rooms were a little tired in some parts, but very clean. I would recommend a room which faces the gardens.
