Main advantages: The staff was super friendly, the breakfast buffet was amazing. Everybody smiled at you when you came bye. It was the best hotel stay we ever have had.

Main disadvantages: With one exception: The concierge at the Gäste Service took extreme troubles to overlook us whenever we approached his desk.

Main advantages: Perfect location: within walking distance (5min) to the Hamburg Conference Center cch and 15 min to the city center. Aiport 30 mins. Nice, very clean indoor pool (14x7m) area. Friendly, competent staff,

Main disadvantages: The concierge was grumpy and miserable. He was not very helpful when recommending what to do for the day. He wasn't interested in learning what we liked and disliked and our particular need. At one point I was so intimidated by him that I was afraid to ask for a new city map when I lost my last one. I made my husband ask him. Every day we looked to see if there was a different person on the concierge desk hoping he wasn't there. Although we didn't come to the hotel to watch tv, when we did try to hear the news or watch a show the channels would not change and we had to scroll up to channel 28 from channel 2 because we could not just enter the channel number. Also, there was no regular tv channel in English - only news. The system was not at all friendly and more of a frustration.

Main advantages: Breakfast buffet was excellant! It was close to the conference. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning staff was accommodating and efficient.

Main advantages: Superb. The service is exceptionally, i.e. the porter who took my car from the underneath parking went into the hotel came back with bottle water to which me a safe journey. You should stay there at least once.

Main advantages: Stunning entrance and reception area. Rooms immaculate and very comfortable bed. Spa very clean if somewhat strange layout - pool super. Only a two minute walk from Dammtor station - Berlin integrated transport system is execellent.
