Main disadvantages: There was a huge issue with internet - someone in the building was using firewall and we had no internet for most of the stay. We informed about the issue immediately, but unfortunately the weekend came and there was no-one to fix it at that time. We used free wifi in a nearby hostel Circus.

Main advantages: Excellent design - very modern. Very well equipped - champagne, wine glasses available. Specially impressing was the fact that even ice was ready and waiting in the freezer. Very clean and spacious, pretty little balcony. Apartment was facing the court so it was very quiet. Best location for us - lots of restaurants and boutique shops near-by. U-bahn train and tram stop 1minute walk, bakery next door. Easy check-in and out - with keys in the coded locker and not having to fuss about filling out forms etc. I will go back there in future.

Main disadvantages: The only recommendation I would have would be to include a DVD player as the only english language TV channels were the news.

Main advantages: The apartment was even better than expected. Very high spec - smeg appliances throughout the kitchen, huge flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, beautiful culery etc... The apartment was in a fantastic, central location but was a peaceful oasis to relax in.

Main disadvantages: Would have liked to have more than one set of towels ( we stayed 7 nights). Also, some tips on surrounding shops and restaurants would have been welcome.

Main advantages: Very great appartment, very helpful staff.

Main disadvantages: The location seemed to be a little iffy, with lots of graffiti around and neighborhood not very clean. There is no elevator so lugging child and luggage up several flights of stairs was a pain. It was difficult to get the apartment warm - but it was minus 10 celsius while we were there.

Main advantages: Apartment was very large and very clean. It was in a location handy to the Ubahn.

Main advantages: the stay at designapart felt like having our own little flat in the centre of berlin, which was just perfect for the two fo us. and as i said in the centre of berlin, we were so close to everything, the underground train was just a minute away. just perfect, if you do not expect hotelservice with breakfast and all that stuff.
