| Main disadvantages: Apparently there is a nightclub nearby. It was quite warm in our room so we had to open the windows when we went to bed. There was a lot of noise in the street. Hopefully the windows are soundproof. |

| Main disadvantages: The air conditioning was a bit warm but there was a fan in the room.
Also the windos in the alcove helped to cool down the room quickly.
There could have been a bit more coffee available in the kitchenette. |

| Main disadvantages: Nothing really, although I would probably not stay here if I had limited mobility as there is a very high step into the bath/shower. |
| Main advantages: Spacious, well equipped room. Very clean. Kitchenette was a real bonus. Excellent location, walking distance to many key attractions (Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg gate). All in all I think that this apartment-hotel represents excellent value, I would definitely stay again. |

| Main advantages: excellent hotel!!! Very big and comfortable room. Full kitchen with all equipment (microwave, dishwasher, refridgirator, dishes, etc.). Interenet connection relatively cheap. And the best off all - location. At the very heart of berlin. Impossible to ask for a better location. We hardly commute. It is a very good 4 stars hotel. |

| Main disadvantages: That you have to return the key and they tell you that when you want to leave on the back of the hotel which caused me some troubles as I was in a hurry. Than I forgot a gift for my daughter and now I have to pay for the postage to get it. It should be excuse from the hotel and sent in on their expense. Also the communication after I forgot the package was bad - nobody returned me a call or wrote an e-mail telling me - we have found your staff and we´ll send it to you... |
| Main advantages: The very cosy and comfortable suite and a great music surround in the suite with excellent radio receiver. Nice bath with Occitane samples, great kitchen, very clean and cosy. |

| Main disadvantages: The room was warm despite all heating being switched off. Because it is a boarding house as opposed to a hotel, the other facilities are very limited, and there is not a great dal of streetlife in the immediate surroundings. |

| Main disadvantages: Thankfully we were rescued on our first night by staff at the Italian restaurant Sagrantino next door who called out an off-site security man when our reservation wasn't recognised on the external automated reservation machine (it was past 10 o'clock so reception was closed). Also the side of the bath (shower over) is so high it's almost lethal getting in and out and therefore wouldn't be suitable for anyone less able. |
| Main advantages: We were in a light, airy and extremely well-appointed contemporary suite on the top floor. Loved the superb location - central, but quiet with all the key sites so close - and the underfloor heating in the bathroom! |

| Main disadvantages: Our room on the second floor was very dark. No daylight managed tofilter in despite the large windows. On week-days rubbish collectioncarts and delivery vans started banging and crashing and revving theirengines right below our window at around 5 am, and on the week-end thepatrons of the night-club next door kept us awake and entertained fromaround 3 am. As others have pointed out the step in and out of the bathis huge, so if you are not relatively young and agile you could havereal problems.Having to pay extra for inter-net is a big no-no. |

| Main advantages: The Location is great. Many sightseeing spots and shops like H&M & ZARA are just next door. Needless to say, living around the Friedrich Street is such a pleasure. The room is also huge and comfortable. |

| Main disadvantages: The only thing is that the reception is not 24-hours. If you reach out of the hours, you will not be able to enter premises and having to stay outside till office resumes. Services beyond working hours inconvenient. However, good place to stay! |

| Main disadvantages: The only thing that I didn't like is the path room. Whenever I use the sink I found water on the sides and then it comes to my cloths. Also the shower path is too high. I'm 170 CM tall and I will need to climb to get into it. I think it is designed for some one who is 2 meter tall. |
| Main advantages: Location is excellent. Checkin was using a machine after 10 P.M. and it was easy. Baby strollers moving smoothly with no issues. Washing machines are available and free to use (but you need to get the washing poweder with 1 Euro only). Teh kitchen equipment are complete and in excellent condition. The room space and design is excellent. The security is over (you will have access to your floor only on the elevator).This hotel is perfect for a family with children as you will find all what you need and it is close to every where in the center of Berlin. |

| Main disadvantages: Internet was not included - but then again, it's not included in a lot of European hotels. (overall - loved the room!) |
| Main advantages: The size of the room was shocking - it was huge! very comfy, very clean. it was similar to a small apartment. the staff was very helpful. we had a street view, the street was quiet as well. The balcony was enclosed with windows that opened, with a door between the balcony and main room. had a coffee maker in the room, included two "cups" of coffee, additional coffee was available for purchase (most European hotel rooms do not have coffee makers in-room). We had to check out and did not leave Berlin until 9 pm, they held our bags for us so we could site see and not have to carry them with us. |

| Main disadvantages: The only criticism would be that the carpeting in the room was long overdue for replacement - it really did look grubby and worn. |
| Main advantages: The location is one of the best in Berlin, close to the underground, museums and very central to both the still very different areas of east and west berlin. |

| Main advantages: Really everything was as perfect as we wanted it to be. The staff in the small reception was friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay there again next time I visit Berlin which will be soon hopefully. |
