Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Prepay Policy
20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 10 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.50 per 24 hours.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.

Main disadvantages: This time round we had an appartment on the third floor above the beautiful flower shop. Well beautiful when not getting deliveries at 3 or 4 am. Lol. Soon got used to it though and the sight of dozens of sunflowers out on the pavement one morning as we left the building made up for the noise.

Main advantages: We have stayed here before. The appartment was clean and comfortable. It is located within easy walking distance of many main tourist atrractions. There are many places to eat close by, as well as the fab shopping on Friedrichstrasse. Would recommend to any couple of any age, as the appartments are very secure as well as placed within an area catering for all tastes and budgets.

Ulvi Tallinn, Estonia - Group tour

Main advantages: The location is really good - ca 5-20 minutes to every direction - Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamer Platz, Branderburg Gate, Aleksanderplatz etc. The appartment is clean and cosy. There´s a little shop(coffee/tea, bread/butter etc) just around the corner and a lovely cafe open from 8.00am next door. Although we were warned that the doorman does not speak english, the young guy managed to explain everything and body language was of great help!

Main disadvantages: no balcony furniture! found this odd as there was a fantastic balcony.

Main advantages: this was an appartment not a hotel. the standars was excellent. it was situated in a 'back' house with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. it was very quiet even though only a matter of a few hundred yards from checkpoint charlie and many restaurants. the local facilities included a good supermarket and many restaurants to suit all budgets. it was also near main shopping and tourist areas of mitte. a graet place that we will certainly use again.

Main disadvantages: The only problem I had is that the doorman didn't speak english, and we didn't speak german at all, was a bit difficult to explain him a problem we had with our keys. But everything was solved with good intentions and a bit of sign language

Main advantages: The apartment was very quiet, clean and centrally located. Small but very cosy. And the kitchen fully-equiped!. I really recommend it for a short visit to Berlin.

Main disadvantages: Providing an extra pillow would have been helpful as they were not very deep. The blinds and curtains in the two rooms needed fixing or replacing.

Main advantages: The apartment was very close to checkpoint charlie and many other attractions in Berlin.We liked being able to make our own breakfast.Great to have wifi at low cost.Good security.

Main advantages: Perfect location for Berlin. you can walk to many historic places easily. U-bahn Stadmitte 5 minutes. Quite street but very central. Very comfortable and clean, with all the conditions to spend fantastic days in town. Nice price.

Main advantages: It was a well-appointed apartment centrally situated for the main sights of Berlin. The triple glazing meant that it was very quiet and the living room was particularly spacious, with a very well equpped kitchen off it. We would certainly stay there again.
