Main disadvantages: This apartment's walls are mostly glass, and the blinds do a very poor job of keeping out light. Also, there are curtains missing around the bedroom area, so don't expect a lot of privacy there.
Main advantages: The location was very good. The apartment was very nice on both the inside and outside. The staff was very friendly.

Main disadvantages: there are little details they should improve according to the apartments´ prices (in this case A5)...curtains didn´t close well, cleaning (not so bad, but...)could be better...

Main disadvantages: This didn't bother me- but I could see someone being a little 'eh'about it- if you come to Berlin in the summer, it is hot and you willwant the windows open. Which means- the blinds have to be open, andeveryone in the apartments can see into your giant windows (everyonehas them). We weren't bothered by it, no one was spending time peeringin at the tourists.
Main advantages: The apartment was very clean! (We were in Gipstrasse 5) Everythinglooked exactly like the photos, and the landlord (manager?) Was veryfriendly and helpful. The wall of windows has two that can open likegiant double doors, perfect for getting air. The apartment looks into avery nice courtyard, the neighborhood is great, safe, has wonderfulshopping and is literally a couple blocks from the Hackesher Markt S-bahn station, a grocery store, and pharmacy/convenient store. If it israining, there is a U-bahn station right on the corner outside theapartment you can duck into. Humbolt university and the museums are ascenic 20 minute walk. In about a 10- 15 minute walk, you get to a rowof restaurants/ bars/ clubs that are well-priced and fun

Main disadvantages: Some difficulty reaching the hotel staff on our arrival, as they were not initially present and the listed phone number required the addition of the number "0", which we did not know. This resulted in spending some time trying to find them. Ultimately we were able to reach them when we learned the problem with the phone number.
Main advantages: Beautiful apartment with a balcony in a good location. We loved the apartment.

Main disadvantages: Instructions for dishwasher and washing machine could be in English as well as german, though we managed. Tablets etc. for dishwasher could be provided - we were unsure what was suitable for that particular machine.
Main advantages: So central for transport - U Bahn and S Bahn. Very quiet location. Handy to supermarket, cafes.

Main disadvantages: Wasn't aware that the hotel address on Booking.com was actually the landlords address 100-200m away from the apartment itself, but no biggie. Shower curtain was missing, blinds did not pull fully across - these are very minor faults in relation to experience. Not a complaint; remember this is an apartment - not a hotel, so bring your own soap and shower gels (although towels were included).
Main advantages: Good location, very near Hackescher Markt and close to U and S Bahn stations. Apartment was spacious and had all modern appliances needed. Landlord Sven was great, having no problems with late check-in or adding a bed at the last minute. It was just as it looked in the pictures - ideal for 'well behaved' groups.

Main disadvantages: Felt a bit soulless, very few "luxuries" eg, no bedside tables/lamps, no "coffee table", shower water went everywhere, no soap in the bathroom.
Main advantages: Apartment was central and was set in a very quiet square. Area felt safe. Good for short stay otherwise the minimalist approach would have jarred after a while Clean.

Main advantages: The apartment was lovely and very close to some great restaurant and bars. It was close to shops and well placed for lots of sites in the East. The owner was great and flexible with our arrive time. Would stay again and recommend to anyone going to Berlin.

Main disadvantages: In "Garden" appartment were two twin beds pushed together which is not ideal for couples and was no wardrobe. But it's fine for a short stay.
Main advantages: Perfect location in a very central district (Mitte), close to everything. Excellent value for money. I was given another appartment than the one I booked but I wasn't disappointed because that one was nice and quiet and I had everything necessary there. Hairdryer and usb-stick for internet were provided by my request. Very helpfull staff crew.
