Main advantages: The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was contemporary and very clean. The location is great, just a short walk to the centre and literally round the corner from the main train station which is great for getting about and site seeing! Great overall stay, would stay again.

Main disadvantages: The triple room was quite small to host 3 guests and we found 2 beds only at arrival. It took more than an hour to add the third bed and every time we pressed they told us that "someone was on her way to the room".

Main advantages: Great location to visit the city: easy to get to Allianz Arena, quiete close to Marienplatz and very close to the Main train station.

Katy Vancouver, Canada - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: Would not stay here again. On check in, front desk person was dripping with the flu and she should have been home in bed, also then my friend got sick with the flu two days later. Most of the front desk staff always seemed too busy and officious and annoyed when we had questions. We asked for extra pillows (pillows are like pancakes) three days in a row, never got them. We had to use the service elevator to get to our floor. Hallway floors badly needed vacuming and never did seem to be done for 4 days. They have a drop box for room passes on the front desk so we drop our key pass in there. The box is no longer "in use" so they should remove it or tape up the slot. They were quite annoyed with us for dropping our pass in there.

Main advantages: Nice, large room and nicely appointed bathroom. Convenient location. Two grocery stores across the street which was handy as we did not take the 15 euro ($45 Canadian for two of us per day) breakfast offered at the hotel. Free internet in the lobby which was great. Quiet room. Housekeeping staff were great. Loved Munich and castle tour.

Main advantages: The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the main station with links to all parts of the City. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped and the staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from Oktoberfest which is great for anyone visiting the beer festival . I would use this hotel again , 10 out of 10 .

Main disadvantages: The air conditioning was not the best (which is somewhat common for European hotels, but it was difficult to sleep). It was actually relatively cool outside, but there were no screens on the windows and it was hard to get the air circulating in the room with the room open. Also at one point someone walked into my room at 8:30 in the morning --it did not appear to be housekeeping, but either way, they didn't knock.

Main advantages: This hotel is close to both Oktoberfest (Weis'n) and to the center of the city (Marienplatz, Hofbrauhaus, etc.). It is an ideal location for a short stay...it is also super close to the train station and plenty of affordable eating places.

Main disadvantages: I swear it said free Internet on the booking.com page but it actually cost 3.80 for 24hrs. Was actually pretty cheap but still it said free! The room was a little overpriced but I think this was because it was Oktoberfest.

Main advantages: It was very close to everything easy to find clean room. Staff were nice place was just very good in general

Main advantages: Excellent location - within walking distance from railway station and city centre. Good for city tour and excursions. Room is reasonably comfortable and clean. We arrived at 8am and our room is ready for check in.
