Main disadvantages: Unfortunately there were many strip clubs around which made it a bit scary for a solo traveller like me to commute during the night. However I particularly didn't face any problem during my stays.

Main advantages: The stuff were really helpful and friendly in all aspects. Location was really great for access to town. The room was really clean and the shower was excellent.

Main disadvantages: Was all good - nothing not to like.

Main advantages: We had a mid week break to the Christmas markets. Hotel was very well located for the rail station, the main markets and the Tollwood Festival market at the Oktoberfest site (which was fantastic). We based our booking on previous reviews, and were not disappointed in any way - basic hotel but great condition throughout and very clean. Very friendly helpful staff - everyone we dealt with at anytime of day over 4 days. Great little unexpected touches like free Gluewine in reception, and free tea and coffee throughout the day, plus a gift when we left. Only slight drawback was the lack of a hotel bar, but the mini bar in the room was very reasonably priced. As some have commented it is in an area with a lot of lap dancing bars, but despite this not a "seedy" area - never bothered by anyone and this is a "mixed" area of numerous hotels, shops, restaurants, and takeaways. Noise at night not a problem, although I can't vouch for how it would be on a weekend. This is a well presented, straightforward hotel, clean and cheerful, does exactly what it says on the tin, plus more. I would definitely stay here again if travelling to Munich.

Main advantages: This hotel is very convinient for business trip. It has very good location, staff is very kind and profesional and all gests fell themself as at home. I'm staing in Belle Blue every time vhen I have my business in Munich. I'm not trying to hoose any other hotel.

Main disadvantages: The stench in the bathroom.

Main advantages: The room is big enough, bathroom tight, mini bar well stocked, across the street from table dancing and a good Italian pizza restaurant. Not luxury by any means but staff is friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast is fine. Parking is about a long block and half away. Easy walk to train station and Marian Platz.

Main advantages: Very friendly and helpful! Terrific location - 2 blocks down the street from the central station, easy access to everything. Breakfast was delicious and coffee, tea, cappuccino available all day. Owners let us relax in the dining room until late afternoon while we waited for our evening flight.

Main disadvantages: It is not a complaint - but it may not be the ideal hotel for a young family.

Main advantages: We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was was good - easy access to all the tourist areas and sights. Also, we always felt safe which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Main advantages: Staff were really helpful. I needed a doctor and they Booked an appointment for me without me having to ask. They lent us scales to weigh our bags. Great with directions and tips for places to eat and see while visiting. Were always welcoming.

Main disadvantages: The street on which the hotel is located is full of sex shops.. So the evenings are not very nice. Also the street is filled with unwanted people, though none of them actually bothered us. The lift was not working the 3 days we were there and understood that it is always the case, so be prepared to lift your heavy luggage all the way up. The access to the building is not great as the main doors are always locked and unless it wasnt for the kind lady who was also entering the building, we could never have figured out how to enter the building.

Main advantages: Its location was good, very near to the Hauptabahnof. The rooms were decent and neat.
