Main advantages: Location is good,even very good if you want to go outside Munich ( we travelled to Salzburg and Murnau). The hotel staff is very friendly, the room clean and comfortable, design original. The stay in this hotel was nice!

Main disadvantages: Upgrading from a single which reminded me of a dorm room to a double made my stay much more enjoyable.

Main advantages: The staff were available and helpful! Breakfast was amazing. The hotel is 3 blocks from the main train station. It was a very central location for getting to Marianplatz and taking trains to areas beyond Munich!

Main disadvantages: This is my second stay at this hotel and the refurbising since my last stay is eccelent The free internet stations at the reception is not user friendly and difficuklt to use Perhaps it is better to provide something with a mouse. Otherwise nothing to complaim about

Main advantages: Great location, clean warm rooms. Staff are'nt the happiest and welcoming but when we asked to move rooms and for local directions they were efficient.

Main advantages: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, very clean and facilities were good.I was particularly impressed at breakfast when I asked if there was any gluten free bread and the young lady whom I asked said she would find out and quickly returned with two warm rolls. Not every hotel will provide these and I thought it was very good particularly as we had not checked about gluten free diet in advance.I would certainly use this hotel again and will reccommend it to friends.

Main advantages: Nice christmas touch - free stollen and gluhwien on arrival. Breakfast was good and also allowed a free coffee to take away in my travel mug when we checked out.

Konstantinos Athens, Greece - Rest with friends

Main disadvantages: Very difficult of access with heavy luggage, as there are stairs at the entrance and it is impossible to drag up the suitcases on the steep and narrrow surface parallel to the steps, without breaking one (we did). We would have thought it helpful if the staff gave us a hand, as we are not so young any more. No one noticed and no one helped either at arrival or departure. Excellent buffet-breakfast, but we missed hot and cooked choices.

Main advantages: Excellent value for money. We were lucky to have an extra-spacious room with large bathroom and anteroom. A spacious room matters very much, so if other rooms are small, are opinion might be different. Very close to Hauptbahnhof, two tram lines near-by. Young staff team, very friendly with good English but all foreigners who do not seem to know the city well and therefore unable to give useful information. Good try to be a design hotel, nevertheless experience in this field might be lacking.
