Check out time of 11am is a bit early but they did provide facilities to hold our luggage.

late as our flight was delayed.. He was exceptionally well
organised, friendly, helpful and courteous. 12/10 : ) b
(2) Facilities were perfect .. nice sized rooms, cleanliness, preparation, location (5 Mins walk from the U Bahn and Good restaurants.. on the tail end of the Kurfursdamn
(3) Exactly what we wanted and needed with tao kids (14 and 12 Yrs) ...

| Main advantages: In a quiet location yet close to shops and restuarants. Train and U stations nearby. It provided the freedom of having your 'own place' in the city.Staff were very helpful and polite. |

| Main disadvantages: They could supply more towels. The grocery stores are very budget ones and don´t even accept Visa cards so make sure you have cash on you if you want to shop there. This is not the hotel´s fault but I wished there was a non-budget store there instead of Lidl and Netto. Very good location for shopping and Zoo, not that good for the major sights but as long as you figure out how to use the local metro / trains, it should be ok. |
| Main advantages: The apartment was lovely and it felt like a home. The kitchen was very modern and I loved the laminate floors, large wardrobes and the way it was equipped. It was also very quiet there which is important for me. Two grocery stores are very close to the hotel. There was a complimentary bottled water the first day. Two tube stations are within a walking distance. |

| Main disadvantages: The entrance. It was scruffy and shabby and made me wonder if may be I had made a mistake booking there and there was no number outside the building. |
| Main advantages: The experience was as I expected. Excellent. The apartment was fully equipped, the info I was given was more than adequate when I checked in and the location was very suitable for my needs. |

| Main advantages: Having easy access to all the public transport and supermarket was right next door. Also it is great having someone on reception to pinpoint you in the right direction. It was great to have access to the computer beside reception also. |

| Main advantages: It is well located, very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The apartments have everything that you need and are warm and comfortable and quiet. Close to the main shopping area and the underground, and an easy journey to and from the airport |

| Main disadvantages: Receptionist was probably smoker so sometimes his smoke smell appeared in our place. Nevertheless it was nothing remarkable. |

| Main disadvantages: The only thing it was missing was a large bowl (for salads, etc) and a strainer (for pasta, etc). |
| Main advantages: We were very happy with the apartment: comfortable beds, balcony, large bathroom, and very clean. We were only a short walk from a U-Bahn station, next door to a market, and there was a lovely backerei around the corner with reasonably-priced breakfasts. It was a good location for everything we planned to see while we were in Berlin. |

| Main advantages: Great apartment, opened 03-2010, in excellent state, fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very helpful for guiding our visit and for all the needs to make this a successful stay. Location is very quiet and close to public transportation which is fast and efficient. (24 hours a day). |
