Main advantages: The staff were wonderful and the rooms were a good size. The location
was also excellent. But the best thing was the staff - they were

Main disadvantages: The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and the rooms are a little smaller
than other apartment hotels in which we've stayed. It would begood to
have the wi-fi in the rooms, not just the lounge area.
Main advantages: Location is very handy - close enough and far enough away from the
action and transport. Facilities are good, clean and the price is great
for what you get.

Main disadvantages: Right next to the hotel was a construction work which started a very loud noise every morning at 7 am. One of the members of staff was very rude, she did not speak to us or even say hi. But all the others very really nice.
Main advantages: The room was really nice, clean, even glamorous. Nice rooms, kitchen and the toilet.

Main disadvantages: Wifi only in the lobby (although there's a wired internet in the room). The staff do not clean the room during your stay (unless you pay 13 Euro). There's also a building in construction next to the hotel and it's a little noisy from 8am (but not too much).
Main advantages: The hotel and the rooms are nicely designed and everything is new and clean. The kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped. The location is great - a few meters from the Ku-Damm - next to many shops, restaurants and bars. Great curtains - block the day light totally. Nice lobby.

Main disadvantages: We missed a broom in the room and maybe a frying pan more. For longer
stays, more towels available would be convenient.
Main advantages: The ubication of Adagio aparthotels is perfect. Berlin has a wide range
of public transport and in a few hundred meters you have access to the
train (s) and to the tube (u). The rooms are completely equipped
(microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, ironing board, fridge, etc.)
and these facilities allow you to save some money, especially if you're
going to spend several days visiting the city. There is a supermarket
near to the aparthotel where you can buy anything that you need. There
is no wi-fi available in the rooms but if you ask for it in the
reception, they will lend you a cable and you will be able to connect
your laptop and surf on the Internet. To sum up, best choice according
to services&facilities and price.

Main disadvantages: The connecting to internet is not very simple but when you lean how to
do it it will be fine. The apartments are not very close to metro but
that is in ac acceptable distance.
Main advantages: It is located in a very nice part of city. The Staffs are very polite
and helpful. The rooms are clean, and you can find a place almost for
everything to put in.

Main disadvantages: The bed wasn't very comfortsble and the lighting in the room was poor!
Also you should inform your customers tha just opposite the bedrooms
there was a construction site making much noise early in the morning.
Also it would be so easy to your guests if you offer also wifi in tbe
rooms and some english speaking chanels on the tv!!!

Main disadvantages: Maybe the bed was a little too hard, but that´s up to everybody´s taste.
Paying 15 eur / day for parking isn´t also the cheapiest, on the other
hand, considering the position of the hotel, and the price / performance
ratio of the room, it´s bearable. Just beware, that if you choose the
"low cost, more than 3 days stay", the room is cleaned and the towels
are changed only once a week.
Main advantages: Very good price / performance ratio. The rooms are very well equipped,
nicely furnished, very modern looking, and very practical. The apartment
includes free internet (cable), Hi-fi stereo, television, fully equipped
kitchnette (including dishwasher, microwave, fridge). Very close to the
centre of the city, U-Bahn, and S-bahn. We enjoyed our stay there, and
recommend it as a good base for trips to and around the city, or for
business stays.
