| Main disadvantages: From our room we could hear the bar downstairs until 11.30 pm. The district is not the nicest one. |
| Main advantages: The hotel staff was very welcoming and the design of the place is nice. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The breakfast room is pleasant and the food good. The district is convenient. |

| Main advantages: The room was comfortable and quiet. The location was great a short walk to the old town and very close to new town. The staff were very helpful and willing to assist wherever required. Breakfast was good but very busy but that was due to time of year. Would stay again for sure. |

| Main disadvantages: Limited coffee/tea in room. A free ungrade was mentioned on the website - this was requested as the trip was for my husbands special birthday but did not recieve despite the hotel being relatively quiet and it was low season. |

| Main disadvantages: was not sure if we have given "Junior Suite" it seemed "Yasmin Suite" as toled by the bell boy, the room is not children friendly, limited tv channels: non for children, most of the lifts were out of service, limited room service menu: non for children, no children laundry price list. We needed to go to a hospital for an accident, but the front desk staff was not helpful to a first timer traveler to Prague! |
| Main advantages: the room was ready with our requirement, the check-in staff was clear, some front desk staff and duty manager was very cooperative, good breakfast although limited, good restaurant and room service staff, good housekeeping staff, good location. |

| Main disadvantages: I did like the hotel, but did not like the way the hotel treats the question of upgrades. Even though my reservation mentions the upgrade to a "De Luxe Room", subject to availability, and the hotel had "De Luxe Rooms" available, I was not upgraded. According to the manager on duty the upgrade possibility is only true if the hotel "has enough rooms avaiable, in other words, it is not to be trusted and Booking.com should not list it. It is very annoying to believe you have a right and not have it honored by the hotel |

| Main disadvantages: Hotel lobby and bar should be open at night. I felt uncomfortable walking outside hotel after 11 at night. I think the area has many immigrants. Card should not be used for elevator. |
| Main advantages: Fabulous hotel, modern, very nice located, very kind stuff, noodle restaurant excelent and very good prices. We had a free upgrade to junior suite at the 6th floor. Nice price! I would recomment to everyone. Best hotel i've ever stayed!! |

| Main disadvantages: The breakefast area was a little caotic in the morning. Kind of anoying for a non morning-person like me. Also, the hotel reception recommended the restaurant/pub across the street for lunch but it was horrible (food and service). Beware of cab drivers in Prague...they drive very fast and rip you off every time they can. |
| Main advantages: Very good hotel in a great location. We walked to all tourist sites. The restaurant has an international menu for all tastes and everything I tried was very good. Good breakfast as well. Nice spacious room. |

| Main disadvantages: I understand for securtiy reasons that the lifts operated by inserting your key card and this is an excellent idea. However, as I was staying with a large group it was virtually impossible to move between the floors to visit another member of the group. |
| Main advantages: Hotel staff in all areas of the Hotel were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay very comfortable. Bar staff and front of house were particularly helpful. |
