Hotel information

The building from the 1930s was fully reconstructed in 2005. To ensure the privacy and safety of our guests, both the rooms and the front door are secured with a modern key card access system, and the public areas are observed by video cameras. All rooms are non-smoking, but there is a cosy smoking area in our backyard.
Please notice, this hotel has a new name - Winston Churchill hotel. You may still find this hotel under the old name - Hotel Barfo.

Room information

Every room is equipped with:

- IP telephone system, allowing you to make outgoing calls from your room at very advantageous rates.
- Satellite TV with more than 200 free channels.
- Bar with a special fridge that offers a choice of drinks in typically sized bottles.

Food & Beverage

Continental breakfast consists of rolls or bread, cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereals, tea, coffee and fruit juices.

Area information

The hotel is situated on the border of the historical centre of Prague, 15 minutes walk from Republic Square, where the Powder Tower and the Municipal House are situated, as well as Wenceslas Square.

Travel information

The hotel offers a transfer service (the driver will be waiting at the airport displaying a sign with your name) at a an additional charge. Please contact us in advance so we can make sure our driver is there on time.

By public transport:

From the airport:
- Take bus 100 to the Zlicin metro station
- Go until the "Florenc" stop
- Go 1 stop by bus to "U Pamatniku" stop or by tram to "Husinecka" stop.

From the main train station:
- One stop by trams 5, 9 and 26 to the "Husinecka“ stop.
