Main advantages: The location of this hotel is the best in Prague! Right in the middle of the old town, with walking distance to everything you need and want. Even so it is located in a very quiet street just behind the Tyn Cathedrale, so the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, the rooms spacious and nice and. The breakfast buffet was great, and included even champagne if you wanted to. Free tea and cookies in the library every afternoon.
The only thing I could comment on is the view from the room - which was almost none existing, as the windows were on the roof.
I would definitely book this hotel again.

Main disadvantages: I requested a corner room facing the square and got the room
requested with no fuss. I can only assume because of that rooms
popularity that it is very well used and therefore has not been
updated or kept up to standard expected. The carpets were very well
worn and stained in a number of places. This let down what could
otherwise have been a very good room. I don't think the carpets were
vacumned in our entire 7 day stay.
Main advantages: Excellent location with views of the Old Town Square and church. A step
out of the hotel and you were in the heart of the town. Hotel staff in
particular the reception desk were very efficient and friendly. They
organised the room that I requested with no fuss, during our stay my
wife celebrated a birthday and they arranged flowers on my behalf and
provided a complimentary bottle of champagne. Breakfasts were a good
selection of hot and cold and local products.

Main disadvantages: Rooms carpets really need to be replaced, light switches near bed not
pratical at all (too far from bed), old tv sets on a 5-star hotel is
something you do not expect nowadays

Main advantages: Great location very close to the beautiful Old Town Square, but amazingly enough a rather quiet place. The room was very spacious, clean, and bright thanks to large windows, and with comfortable amenities.

Main advantages: You cannot find a better location, close to everything, you can practically walk to most of the main attractions of the city. Breakfast was great and served in a beautiful library, rooms perfectly equipped and furnished, staff very friendly and helpful, I cannot think of anything worth criticizing.

Main disadvantages: Rooms would benefit from provision of hair dryer and trouser press.
Main advantages: The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing, eating and shopping. banks nearby, good range of restaurants nearby. Staff helpful and friendly. Bar and Library tasteful, comfortable and relaxing. Buffet breakfast outstanding, food constantly replenished, coffee appears like magic, dirty crockery likewise. Rooms spacious and very well appointed.

Main disadvantages: Everything was perfect!
Main advantages: The staff was superb! The personal at the front desk were always asking if there was anything they could do for us. They gave us wonderful recommends for restaurants every night. The breakfasts were excellent - maybe the best we have ever had at a restaurant. The staff serving breakfast were very attentive and professional, as well as friendly. Our room was on a corner and looked out over the Old Square on one side and the Church of Our Lady Before Tyn. It was a gorgeous view, and suprisingly not noisy.

Main disadvantages: The internet access is free but does not work properly. It was soannoying that even the technical help did not work. It was frequentlygoing on and off. 2nd floor where my room was located was probably notcovered enough with the wifi transmitter (located in the ground floorlibrary?) Hotel management should install new transmitters in a numberof locations. If you are a business traveller who needs access to fastand continuous internet access, I will not recommend this hotel. Theexperience was terrible.
Main advantages: Excellent location. Deluxe room I stayed was actually a suite with aliving room area. This was probably the largest room I had in a hotel inmy entire life (except for the villa in Bali). It is expensive butlocation and the size of the room make up for it. The breakfast was ok.Not a 5 star breakfast experience but basics were there. The staff wereattentive and caring.

Main disadvantages: We did not like the man who, standing inside near reception, led us to believe he was the hotels driver, offered to take us to the train station, and then charged us 4 times more than a taxi would of. We were very annoyed the hotel would allow this to happen.
Main advantages: We liked having the Internet, the breakfast was very good, and the locale was good. Very nice hotel.
