From the airport by public transport:
- Bus no. 119 to the metro station "Dejvicka" (line A)
- 4 stops by metro to "Staromestska" station.
- Hotel is a 5-minute walk from here.
From the train station by public transport:
- Metro line C for one stop to "Muzeum"
- Change to line A and go 2 stops to "Staromestksa" station.
- Hotel is a 5-minute walk from here.

| Main disadvantages: Showers have no curtain. Water on floor after showered. Kind of annoying. That's it, everything else first class. |
| Main advantages: The ambiance and attention to detail is amazing, great tavern and restaurant, breakfast is excellent. Service and staff was excellent also. Room has old world charm, fine furnishing, luxury feel. Rooftop terrace a big bonus, great view. |

| Main advantages: We loved our junior suite bedroom/sitting room. The position of the hotel on the Square. The convenience to shops and historical sites. The wonderful view from the roof garden. Good food. Polite staff. |

| Main disadvantages: It was a bit too hot everywhere, but that seems to be a characteristic of every shop, restaurant and hotel in Prague and not only of this hotel. The room was clean when we came in but, apart from the bathroom, the floor was never hoovered again and was pretty dirty after a couple of days. We were also unfortunate enough to be sleeping in a room next to which was a party going on (in the next building) until 5 in the morning one night. It could have been a one-off and it was not the hotel's fault. However, we recommend taking ear-plugs with you if your sleep is light, also because the running noises of the hotel and of the restaurant downstairs start pretty early (around 7) and the main square of a city is always a busy place (but so handy!) |
| Main advantages: The location is amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful and welcoming. Most of the staff was very friendly. The view from the restaurant on top of the building is breathtaking. The food itself is also very tasty (although the amounts are ridiculously small and the prices very exaggerated). Our bed was very large and comfortable. |

| Main disadvantages: The bottom sheet on the bed was rather coarse...my elbow got a sore on it from the sheets. |
| Main advantages: We loved being able to walk out of the door and be right in the middle of things. We had access to all of the things we wanted to see. The room was fabulous...loved the massive furniture. |

| Main disadvantages: Minibar was provided in the double room but would have preferred tea/coffee making facility. No great drawback though. |
| Main advantages: Excellent central location in the Old Town Square. The hotel, outside and inside just oozes history and a bygone era. Very atmospheric. Our double room was a good size with a huge double bed. Views over Prague from the rooftop restaurant were amazing. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. |

| Main advantages: Ideally located for visiting Prague with friendly and very helpful staff and quaint bohemian rooms. Staff were particularly helpful recommending local restaurants and recovering a valuable item left behind in the hotel. |

| Main advantages: Best and most accomodating staffs(Petra and Pavel) we met in this trip, through Zurich, Liehitenstein,Salzburg,Wien and Praha. We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Then nice view on the terrasse, good Jazz music at the bar and the closest location to the clock of Praha. |

| Main disadvantages: Because of the central location you may be disturbed in the night by the shouting drunk people. It was not a problem for us and our little kid. there's no parking place, I was told they can park my card to a public underground parking 800m away, I preferred to do so myself. |
| Main advantages: Just across the astronomical clock, it has the best location in Prague. Currency exchange at hotel desk is better than everywhere else. Rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. |

| Main disadvantages: The bathroom did not have a shower curtain and so the water spills out.Also the tv is old....however, these are small complaints and the biggerpicture is that the hotel gives you a great feel of Prague. |
| Main advantages: The location of the hotel is great. It is 30 seconds walk from the clockand the old town square. The decoration and style of the hotel reallymakes you feel like you are in a movie! The breakfast is great also. Therestaurant ontop though a bit pricey has a great atmosphere and feel! |
