يمكن الوصول إلى جميع الطوابق عن طريق مصعد ومدخل، كما يمكن للنزلاء المعوقين الوصول إلى الغرف ومرآب السيارات.
تتوفر خدمة الغرف من الساعة 7 صباحاً وحتى 11 ليلاً. ويمكن للفندق توفير التذاكر لمختلف المناسبات (المعارض والمسارح والحفلات الموسيقية وغيرها) وترتيب جولات سياحية إلى المدينة وضواحيها. كما يمكن شراء الهدايا التذكارية من مكتب الاستقبال. وهناك نظام للمراقبة بالفيديو ونظام بطاقة مفتاح آمن مركَّب في الفندق.

تم تجهيز جميع الغرف بالأثاث الحديث، ومكتب عمل لرجال الأعمال الضيوف وخدمة الإنترنت اللاسلكية. وتقدم معظم الغرف مناظر بانورامية من مدينة براغ وتضم شرفة.
Food & Beverage
مطعم Troja الراقي مع حديقته الصيفية والشتوية معروف جيداً بتخصصاته الموسمية (يعرض مأكولات تقليدية موسمية كل شهر) بالإضافة إلى المأكولات التشيكية والعالمية اللذيذة.
وهو مفتوح يومياً من الساعة 07:00 صباحاً وحتى 11:00 ليلاً وكذلك المقهى مع أجوائه الأنيقة. وفي مساء كل يوم الأربعاء والجمعة والسبت هناك موسيقى حية على البيانو.
ويمكنك التمتع بالمشروبات المختلطة في بار البهو أو الاسترخاء في الحديقة الشتوية التي تحيط بها الأشجار وبركة السمك.
Area information
يمكن الوصول إلى المركز التاريخي الخاص بالأعمال في حوالي 10 دقائق بواسطة خط المترو المباشر. وتقع محطة Kobylisy بجوار الفندق. كما تقع Prague Exposition Parks في Holesovice أو Letnany على بعد 4 محطات فقط بالترام.

Travel information
You can park your car securely in the hotel garage or in front of the hotel.
By public transport:
Our hotel is just next to the Kobylisy underground line C.
We are also 50 metres from the Hercovka tram station.
By taxi:
Use our hotel taxi for fixed discounted rates.
By air:
Prague international airport is approximately a 45-minute drive away. We will be happy to organise transportation for you.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
