Main disadvantages: No wi-fi in room, but only in the lobby/bar area. Forniture need updating, old and dirty carpet everywhere. Unkind and unhelpful staff. It seems rather a good three stars hotel.

Main advantages: Cosy hotel near Prague Castle, within walking distance off the city centre. In addition the tram stop is right outside. Good price. Spacious room and excellent bathroom. Free minibar.

Main disadvantages: hotel is a bit outdated, but I'm confident that with their level of services and some renovation, they will get back to the real 5* level

Main advantages: free WIFI internet in lobby, eggs made to order at breakfast, choice of coffee/cappuccino/espresso/hot chocolate/tea at breakfast; bathrobes and slippers, free shoe shine service, free minibar

Jingle , - Business trip

Main disadvantages: Just one thing. My Mother was bitten by bed bugs on her side of the bed. Fortunately, I was not.

Main advantages: Very friendly & professional staff. Excellent location. Within walking distance to all the places we needed to go to: The Church of Our Lady Victorious to see Infant Jesus of Prague,souvenir shops,restaurants,close to the airport. Our room was exceptional because we got upgraded by the Mgr. Diana, a lovely Lady. Great breakfast at the atrium-like atmosphere of the restaurant. Friendly waitresses. Classy Hotel. Loved our Junior Suite at the Top Floor.Charming Mala Strana location. Free mini bar,too.

Main advantages: We found the staff very friendly & helpful, always ready with a welcoming smile. The room was comfortable & well maintained. The a/c was very quiet & effective. Near Prague Castle, it also has direct access to the tram for traveling to the city center. Quietness is very important to us & we were very happy to enjoy peaceful nights in our room.

Main advantages: First-class attentiveness from staff, location by Prague castle and accessibility by trams outside to remainder of city. Quiet area near green space and restaurants. Savoy hotel restaurant good too.

Main advantages: From the moment we arrived we found the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The bedroom was comfortable with no noise which is very rare in a city. Metro outside the door. This was our 3rd visit to Prague and our 3rd hotel but we will certainly return to Savoy on next visit.

Main advantages: We got married in Prague and hotel stuff was very nice and let us make a beuatiful pictures at the lobby and the restaurant. Our room was upgraded (well it was a low season) and we paid very cheap for staying thus getting best value for money. King size bed, complimentary minibar, huge bathroom, great spa with sauna and jacuzzi, nice breakfest. The location is not central but having a tram just opposite the hotel it gives good connection to city center and metro. Ah, at the wedding night we received a shampaign to the room...

Main disadvantages: I can think of no points that were to my dislike during my stay at the Hotel Savoy.

Main advantages: The general atmosphere of the Hotel was really very nice. From walking in and seeing very smart and courteous staff to eating in the restaurant area, as well as the general location of the Hotel itself, everything made for a very pleasant and hassle-free stay.
