Main advantages: The room we stayed was very luxurious than we expected and it was reasonable price too. The room was on the seventh floor and faced to the street, but it was quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful with good amenities. I loved the message on the TV screen in our room when we first entered the room, which showed their hearty welcome.The food at the hotel restaurat was also good and
we could enjoy music by the pianst too. I would like to stay in this hotel if I have a chance to visit Praha again.

Main disadvantages: We felt that for the price we paid, the hotel did not live up to our expectations (but perhaps we set the bar too high). Although clean and tastefully decorated, the room looked a bit tired (water stains on wood furniture, carpets looked somewhat worn). Although the bathrooms were clean and fairly modern, the hotel gave the overall impression of needing a face lift. The hotel was very full at the time of our stay so that may have contributed to our general sense of disappointment. Nevertheless our experience was not totally negative. We simply felt that we did not get the value for our money.
Main advantages: Located on a quiet street within walking distance of the main train station. Centrally located which made it easy to access the main attractions in Prague. The breakfast was amazing! A great variety of fresh and tasty food. The staff was polite and generally helpful.

Main disadvantages: The hotel looked a little dated, and the televisions in the rooms are a
big old, though it worked fine in ours.
Main advantages: If you want to stay in centrally in Prague but away from the noise, look
no further. This is an ideal location, with clean and spacious rooms,
helpful staff and brilliant buffet breakfast. We stayed for two nights
and the breakfast was very filling right up till way past lunchtime. The
hotel did look a little dated, but rather than a negative it was
charming. We didn't the restaurant in the hotel but would love to next
time we are in the city, we liked the look of the menu and the
surroundings and the ambience.

Main disadvantages: This is not a complaint but a suggestion: the bathtub is placed rather high and when getting out it might be a good idea to have a step or something to hold on to.
Main advantages: The location is very convenient. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. We were upgraded to a very nice room. Breakfast was good. definitely would stay there again.

Main disadvantages: On the check-out I found out, that they have wrong price for our stay -
higher than my booking.com confirmation. They settled the matter
immidiatelly.

Main disadvantages: As a 5 Starr Hotel, you have to accept that the price of the drinks and food was way over prices compared with local places to eat and drink (at a similar standard). View from room was not much to look at.
Main advantages: Fast lift, excellent attentive staff nad close to all sites and services across Prague. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very nice and well kept

Main advantages: Everything. The breakfast included in the room rate was outstanding, the
staff was courteous and helpful, the room was beautiful (although not
much of a view) and the location was very good (although the walk to the
Vlatva was a little far if you are not a big walker).

Main disadvantages: This is a a non smoking hotel which is great. However it is
disappointing to find find guests do smoke in the room and one of our
rooms smelt terrible but the staff were very helpful in helping
change rooms.

Main disadvantages: They did not change the bed linen not even once in 5 days.
Main advantages: Good hotel, clean, very nice people working there (excepting some of the cleaning ladies), well located (very close to the old city). Considering all aspects - a good four stars hotel.
