Main advantages: This hotel is in such a great location. Without a doubt this is the best area to be. On our honeymoon - the staff had a bottle of champagne on ice and strawberries in our room on arrival. They even handwrote a letter from me to my new husband to have ready for him before I got there! Room was upgraded as well without asking. Big room, big beds, gorgeous bathroom, great breakfasts - although i didn't indulge in morning champagne on offer! So so close to everything important to see - the clock is just round the corner. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay there again.

square. The rooms were a good size we upgraded to a luxury room it was
quiet at nights even being so close to all the attractions. I would

Main advantages: What I liked best was the fact that we were on our honeymoon and we got
upgraded to an executive suite with a complimentary bottle of wine and a
fresh platter of fruit was also given to us.The Location was perfect for

Main advantages: Excellent location in the centre of Prague, with 3 minutes walking to two main squares and short distance to all main attractions in Praha 1 area. Surrounded by vast number of cafe, bars, and restaurants according to each taste. Best rooms are on 6 & 7th floors with view over roofs of houses. Non smoking rooms are big, light and comfortable. Smoking ones are a lot smaller.

Main disadvantages: - cold floor in bathroom (as usual :(( ), - no ice, ice bucket, vending machine, - no coffee machine in room, - maids knocked the door 2 times at 8 a.m. and were very loud while making other rooms

Main disadvantages: The hotel staff were unorganized, discourteous and at times incompetent. Also, because we were a group of 'lads' we were treated as though we were an annoyance to other guests and were 'kept out of the way'. We had booked twin rooms, and had confirmed these directly with the hotel the week before departure, and upon arrival at 11am were allocated 4 twin rooms. However, two of the rooms weren't ready so we were advised that we should go out and come back later to get the remaining two rooms. Upon our return, the rooms had been reallocated and there was only a king size double room and (after much negotiation) one of the suites.
Main advantages: The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the location was perfect for sight seeing in Prague.

Main disadvantages: Absolutely nothing. Great location for sightseeing. Very quiet.
Main advantages: Every part of the hotel was immaculate. All the staff from the housekeepers, to any staff we would meet in the elevator, to the dining room staff to the receptionists etc were very friendly, courteous, and above all helpful. If the receptionists were asked a question, they would go one step further, make phone calls to confrm reservations etc. If we return to Prague, we will not consider any other hotel.
