| Main disadvantages: Perhaps more than one English speaking TV channel may have improved the stay. There were numerous German and Spanish channels available. |
| Main advantages: We were made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We had booked a triple room but felt that the room we were given was a little small for 3 people. When we requested a larger room, the staff were really accommodating and arranged for us to stay in a beautiful, spacious room at the top of the hotel.
The room was immaculate and very well equipped, it was cleaned to a very high standard every day. The staff went out of their way to help us if we asked for anything.
There was an excellent selection of foods at breakfast time, often we didn't need to eat lunch as we ate so much at breakfast! |

| Main disadvantages: Something went wrong with the heating system, so it was a bit hot in the
room, but the staff was handling the problem professionally. |

the main road. The furniture, design of room is perfect and the
breakfast selection was great. |

| Main disadvantages: Described as a 5 star - we would suggest 4 star. The bedroom and
bathroom were "compact". We booked room only. Breakfast in the retaurant
was 18euro each. We enjoyed top class breakfast in nearby retaurant for
less than half |
| Main advantages: We were delighted with the location of the hotel on this our first trip
to wonderful Prague. A ten to fifteen minute walk took us to the main
areas of interest "Charles Bridge", "The Old Town" , Prague Castle etc.
The staff were very helpful. |

| Main disadvantages: Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in room - for that first 'cuppa' of the day! Would have liked 2 pillows not one on the bed - had to use a cushion!!! apart from that it was perfect. |
| Main advantages: All the staff were superb, especially the reception staff who sorted out a cake and champagne for my husband's birthday. Barman very accommodating and checked that wine/cake had been bought up to the room. Upgrade double room in loft - fab as great views of castle and other wonderful buildings in Prague. Breakfast superb, set us up for the rest of the day! Great to have fresh towels EVERY day. Location spot on - lots of lovely restaurants close by (reception staff will guide you) and very close to Old square,Charles bridge, National theatre, plus tram outside hotel!.When we come back to Prague we will stay again. |

| Main disadvantages: Only possible thing I can think of was that the website for the hotel shows a room with wood beams etc which you don't get. |
| Main advantages: The breakfasts were fantastic and kept us going until the evening. Well worth the extra cost. The location was brilliant: A Tesco is close for water etc, there is a great bar in the area called Duende ( cocktails at < £4) and a beautiful chapel round the corner in a building that looks like a warehouse. |

| Main disadvantages: Most TV channels are in Chech or German language. At least, I did not find any channel in English. Wi Fi is hardly available in the lobby bar, however it works fine in the room. |
| Main advantages: The location of the hotel is excellent. It is just 10-15 minutes walk to any major POI in the center of Prague. It is also close to metro station and very close to the tram stop. Hotel staff is very accurate, helpful and caring. |
