Main disadvantages: The house keeping staff are to eager to clean your room and knock on your door to early or just walk in on you before you have time to answer the door at times.

Main advantages: The cleanliness of the rooms and service from all the staff, especially the front office staff and the girls that wait on you at the breakfast buffet. They do a terrific job.

Main advantages: I have got really nice impression from the Clerks at the reception desk and waiters. They were so warm and kind. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Though the hotel is not located inside the old city, it was less than 10 minutes from the hotel to old city center by metro. The access to the airport was perfect. I would stay at this hotel again if I had next chance to visit Prague.

Main disadvantages: See above.

Main advantages: The rooms and breakfast were great. Staff not always friendly although fast when we needed something. Bathroom was not cleaned, but housecleaning caming immediately when we called. Best thing was the wonderful breakfast.

Main disadvantages: air conditioning in the room could of been better

Main advantages: The hotel is positioned in an excellent location. the 119 bus from the airport stops outside the hotel and run regulary. The metro is minutes away and it takes about 10mins to get into the city centre. The room was clean and the beds comfy. the air conditioning didnt work as well as it could of and found it hard to sleep in a hot room. it got better further into trip. The bathroom was clean and looked new although the shower head looked as if it needed to replaced. Great touch was music piped into the bathroom! Breakfast was fantastic! loads to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough! would def recommend this hotel if you want a fun time in prague

Main disadvantages: The garage would cost extra fee and it is very expensive. There is very few cheaper park place around the hotel, so you have no choice but go into the expensive one.

Main advantages: The price was extremely low comparing to the service.

Main disadvantages: No WiFi in our room. But freely available in the foyer.

Main advantages: The breakfast buffet was amazing. More a banquet, with large amount of fresh choices. The hotel is conveniently located to all public transport facilities.

Main disadvantages: Hotel was a bit far from city centre by walk. In our bathroom tap fell to pieces, it is strange in a four stars hotel. Wellness is a bit expensive according to the size of it.

Main advantages: The room was very elegant and clean. All kind of public transportation are easily available, so You can be in the city centre in 5 minutes. Price/Value rate is good.
