Travel information
Vehicles are not allowed in the centre of town unless they have a special permit. When you arrive in Cesky Krumlov, enter the town centre via Objizdkova and Horni street, look for the "Infocentrum" on the right side of the main Svornosti square and park in front of the adjacent Grand Hotel. You can show the town policemen the reservation receipt that you will receive by e-mail. Put the reservation receipt on top of your dashboard so the police will not give you a ticket while on the way to and from the reception office.
At check-in, you will be given a detailed map and be shown where to park. You will also be given a card confirming that you are a guest going to the free guarded parking lot at the Eggenberg brewery. This card has to be handed over to the guard upon entering the brewery with your car.

Please inform the Castle View Apartments if you intend to arrive after 17:00.
Guarded parking will be arranged for 1 vehicle per apartment free of charge a 10-minute walk away. Parking for all additional cars will be charged.
As a guest of the Castle View Apartments, you are allowed to access the restricted pedestrian zone on the main square by car.
Please note that payment can only be made in CZK (cash or credit card) at the hotel's exchange rate.
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 23 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
