Main advantages: Central for sightseeing, comfortable. Great breakfasts in fantastic setting, gym and sauna well maintained. The staff were very attentive. A great place to spend a few days unwinding.

Main advantages: A beautiful, opulent building with a great history. Service and food were excellent. Have stayed there before and would not stay in any other hotel in Prague.

Main advantages: The staff were exceptional, from the moment you arrived at the door they were friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us on arrival which was earlier than the stated book in time and it was as requested double room with a view.(Other holidays had requested double room and this was not provided.) The room was fresh, comfortable and relaxing. Appeared to be no smoking anywhere which was enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent, varied, tasty and fresh. Also enjoyed the option from 06:30- 10:30, more relaxing. Had an evening meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. Quiet enough area but with in short walking distance to numerous tourist areas of interest. Waited 8 years for an oppertunity to visit Prague so thank you for making it so enjoyable.

Main disadvantages: Position in a rather narow street with some noise and no 'view'.

Main advantages: Good position near the old town. Garage at a fair price (€26). Good prices in november in a nice and spacious room - but some noise or on 6. floor only skylights!

Main advantages: Liked the hotel very much, good location very handy for all the best places to visit. Hotel generally very good, all staff very helpful, food very good in restaurant, and very special decor throughout. Would use it again on my next visit to Prague.

Main disadvantages: 1) During breakfast they have quiet less staff to handle the area 2) During breakfast the staff gets bit harsh 3) TV is quiet old comparing to the price you pay for the room as its not that good quality. 4) Bathroom was quiet small

Main advantages: The hotel was good, moreover their staff were very much prompt responce.

Main advantages: It's a wonderful hotel, plush furnishings, comfortable room with plenty of space. A short walk from the main square. It was quiet, despite being on a busy road. The food was wonderful and not all that expensive when compared to other restaurants.

Main disadvantages: It is not five stars. Little things like no soap and shampoo in the bath. We pinched them off the maid's cart. Tissues ran out and the box not replaced. No stationery or envelopes in the room. Restaurant reservations by the concerige could be better.

Main advantages: The location is great. The hotel has been redone and is quite nice.
