Main disadvantages: The hotel floors had a very musty and old smell to it. And in some corridors you feel more like in a 3 star motel. The hotel is only 5 stars in some areas and not in all in my opinion: this is more of a 4 star hotel. There is nothing to specifically complain about it however did not meet my expectations.

Main advantages: The beach and pool area is very nice.

Main disadvantages: I paid extra to get a sea side view but bought a side sea view... Make sure you read better then me :) I would have expected at a 5 star hotel to have free wifi or internet service but there was only a pay to use service. Only negative I can think of..

Main advantages: Was very easy to relax and feel comfortable at the hotel. There is a nice mix of available food styles to suit your mood and a fantastic sea side bar service.

Main disadvantages: Since there is no place for complaints I will use this. I reserved a sea view room and got. A first floor room roomwith only trees visible. This dide not justify the extra cost of thr room

Main disadvantages: Bungalows had some problems (we reserved 3 bungalows). Bungalo 1. Fridge did not work / Bungalo 2. Shower did not work and toilet did not flush/ Bungalo 3. was ok. Hotel kindly fixes these. Sunbeds needed to be reserved before 10am and after 2pm you were able to take any free one (maybe this is a good thing?).

Main advantages: Hotel was overall nice and overall experience nice. Breakfast was good. Location was nicely on the beach and close to the downtown. Beds were comfortable, but wooden drawers were little bit worn out (bungalows).

Main disadvantages: Long wait till check in, scrambled eggs were runny, could not find any fresh O.J.....made everything at breakfast look messy thought the champagne was appreciated.

Main advantages: The extra little things that aimed to make the stay better - beach bed reservation, beach service etc.polite service.

Main disadvantages: The maid entered the room even though we had the "do not disturb" light on and were sleeping.

Main advantages: The facilities were good, beach was great, food was passable but that is how I found most food in Cyprus - not impressive. I wouldn't say its a five star hotel by international standards but its still a nice place to stay and I would definitely come again.

Main disadvantages: Tea facilities in the room would add a value to customers.

Main advantages: This hotel is only hotel in Agia-Napa which has his own sandy beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sea view from my room was just excellent.

Main disadvantages: Kept waiting at reception for an age as the one none trainey staff member was on phone. Drinks very over expensive - 6 Euro for 2 cans of sprite. Room a little tired in areas - attention to detail required.

Main advantages: A very pleasant stay with good pool facilities and easy access to the Beach. Good views if facing the beach and food was of a high standard with plenty of choise.

Main disadvantages: I paid extra for a sea view. My room was on the ground floor. The view from the balcony was in the direction of the sea but, from an arc of about 150 degrees, the sea was visible through about 5 degrees only and the sea that was visible was about 10 miles out to sea. I will not, in future, pay extra for a sea view.

Main advantages: The hotel was excellently located close to the beach and the town. The facilities were good. Breakfast was excellent!

Main advantages: We enjoyed the wonderful beach side location, proximity to Ayia Napa and its restaurants, combined with the excellent facilities and friendly staff of the hotel itself. It was a very family-friendly hotel.
