Main disadvantages: Maybe I missed a quiet sea-view balcony to Mediterana but on the entire
Finikoudes Beach ( finikoudes= small palm tree") the hotels with direct
sea-view have allso direct grill-smell from the resaturants .
Main advantages: Eleonora is a modern building in central position in Larnaca, but very
near to the beach ( 200 m walk to the sea, where eleonora offers free of
charge 1 umbrella+2 seats/ appartment for his guests ) and in the middle
of the shopping area, still quiet so that during the night we relaxed
very well even during a loud beach-party. The rooms at eleonora have
very good air condition systems, which is important during summer. The
rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen has all facilities : water
boiler, bread toaster, refrigerator, microvawe, cooking plate and even
cooking -oven, plates, forks, knives, everything you need. We were lucky
with our reservation: even we booked a studio, we got a small suite at
the same price because all studios were occupied. The balconies are very
large - at 8.00 A.m allmost in all balconies tourists had breakfast.
Very near you can get served breakfast-ask reception. Allso at the
reception you can buy a good coffe from a coffe-machine, 6x1,5 l mineral
water price as at the supermarket, cold drinks .The hotel has parking
place. There is also a laundry facility. In 10 minutes walk is
Orphanides super market with good choice of fruits, vegetables,cheese,
meat, bread , chocolate, wine, beer, etc, allso a Zopas- bread and
cookies shop. In 5 min walk is the main bus stop ( 1 eur to airport).
The hotel staff is very nice, you can wonder how do they manage to clean
the room. 1 week I never saw the cleaning lady but the room was allways
perfectly cleaned up between 9 and 10.30 even on hollidays. At eleonora
the good price does not mean a cheap hotel, but a well managed hotel.
Ps. In 10 min walk from hotel is the tourist center, wednesday at 10 am
starts a free 2 h guided walk , do not miss ist, you can get
informations aboud history, new and old in Larnaca. Do not miss allso
Pierides Museum and Larnaca District Archaeological Museum both near to
the hotel-small and relaxed museums

Main advantages: Spacious room. Good bed. Daily housekeeping. Great airconditioning (which is very much needed). Fairly close to the beach, where you can get free sunbeds at two locations upon showing your room key. Conclusion: great value for money for a no-frills apartment

Main advantages: As it was our third time in Larnaca, I can say this hotel is the best choice for staying here. 5-7 min to the beach, quiet area, lots of shops around, very good staff (they arranged for us late check-out, for a fee of course, but we were able to leave the hotel at 6pm instead of 12). We had a very nice apartment with A/C in both rooms, with a huge terrace, at the first floor. It was very clean and nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen.

Main advantages: In this hotel aparment I was second time, the hotel . is just few minutes walk to the the beach , clese to center on the beach are sun bed and umbrella free - because you are from eleonora hotel apartment.very frendly , clean , feel realy like at home .Important is also - there is 24 hour reception!!

Main disadvantages: Streets surrounding the hotel are noisy at night.
Main advantages: Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We got the room immediately upon our arrival, although it was about 5 a.m. and we supposed to get into the room after 2 p.m. So, we could immediately take some rest after the night flight.
Hotel room/apartment was spacious and equipped with all necessary things for an apartment and has got a big balcony. Parking space is also available at the hotel, which is very important since it is very difficult to park in the streets close to the hotel.
