| Main advantages: Very nice hotel big and comfortable. The room was excellent with great
view. The staff was very friendly, we even got a call after 10min of
going to our room asking if we were satisfied with the room. The
location is great, you have the underground just in front of the hotel
and its close to all the clubs and bars aswell as other shopping
districts. |

| Main disadvantages: You had to pay for internet in the room and it didn't always work
very well. There was supposedly free wi-fi in the lobby but I didn't
get it to work. |
| Main advantages: The location was great, central and right next to the metro station.
There were also a lot of restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff
were very helpful. The room and service were excellent. The workout room
was also great. We don't usually stay in 5-star hotels but we went
during the off-season and got a great deal. |

anywhere). Internet connectivity is expensive and unpracticle (no

| Main disadvantages: The restaurants, except the Japanese restaurant, were not particularly
good. The food offered at the Executive lounge was limited and of
average quality. |
| Main advantages: It's location as it was so convenient to Poly Theatre where we attended
several symphony performances. It is also conveniently located for
visits to many places of interests. |

| Main disadvantages: The hallways did smell a bit old, like my grandma's house.... |
| Main advantages: We booked a junior suite (excl. Breakfast) and were allowed to check in
at the executive counter on the 16th floor. There we found our that we
also had executive club privileges, such as free breakfast and free
snacks and drinks between 5 and 7 pm. This was a very nice surprise! We
were first booked in a room at the front which was quite noisy, so we
got a free upgrade to an even larger suite on the quieter backside of
the hotel. Good service! |

| Main advantages: Location, metro right on the front of the hotel, SPA around the corner and Hotel, the GYM facilities GREAT and very clean.

| Main advantages: The hotel is located nearby metrostation Dongi Shitao (exit c - just 15
meters from entrance hotel), loop line 2, which is ideal for exploring
all tourist sites in Beijing with the metro (including the Summer
Palace). Its also on walking distance from the Workers Stadium (7 min)
and nearby bars and all types of restaurants. Mac Donalds and Starbucks
are within 5 minutes walk. They have a nice swimmingpool (swimmingcap is
obligatory) and a tenniscourt. The rooms are clean but the furniture and
carpet are really outdated, they definetely needed an upgrade because it
is not 4-star quality anymore. There were some bed bugs. Roomservice and
dinner are excellent. Check-in was not adequate (rooms were not ready-
had to wait 2 hours), they didnt give me the room I had booked (separate
shower), but I havent made a point of it because I didnt spoil my time
with changing rooms. You need earplugs because the hotel is located at
the second road ring with night and day a lot of traffic, so you can't
sleep without earplugs. Internet works adequate with cable in room, but
you have to pay for it. You cannot drink the water in the room, so you
have to use the bottle of water, you have to pay for it also. |

| Main disadvantages: probably breakfast should be included in any hotel fare as well as either wireless or wired internet! the internet is so indispensable that the hotel cannot charge such a high fee to access it. |

| Main disadvantages: If you intend to use the swimming pool, all Chinese pools require you to wear a swimming cap so bring one with you or be prepared to hunt high and low across Beijing for one! |
| Main advantages: The metro station is quite literally next to the hotel (Exit C) and goes everywhere in the city that the metro could possibly take you. A really ideal location because of this. |

| Main disadvantages: The standard room are a bit run dow but still clean so do not expect a 5 star hotel but rather a 4 star, despite of that quite good value for money: I paid my room about USD 75 per night |
