Main disadvantages: Staff don't speak english almost at all, only basic words for check-in and check-out (except the representitive of the tour service in the reception). The hotel needs some renovation due to old carptes with strange colors and other long lasting stains. But the genral look is not bad at all.

Main advantages: Staff were trying to help as much as they could. Generaly the hotel looks luxurious and impressive. Nothing is really missing in the rooms and cable internet connection is free in the room.

Main disadvantages: Reception staff were either unable or unwilling to resolve issues with the room. It took more than 6 teklephone calls and 2 visits to reception before managerial sstaff resolved the issue. Hotel lobby area, coffee shop and restaurant temperature were comfortable. Lift was far too hot (upper 20s) Room was far too hot (24+deg) with no facility for any air conditioning. Accommodation areas were too hot which was evident by the number of people who had room doors and windows open. It would seem incomprehensible that a hotel of this class does not have independent systems not under control of the government which would allow guests to choose the conditions in which they wish to stay. Exhorbitent prices for a bottle of water in the room (58RMB) local shop was doing a roaring trade selling the same water for 4RMB - profits are one thing but that was extortion! Outside arrival area was too congested with staff allowing many vehicles to be parked on pavements restricting access for pedestrians. Vehicles had to queue due to these restrictions limiting the traffic to a single lane. Reception staff upon check-out caused problems by being unable to clear the credit card guarantee payment before taking final payment - this prevented use of the same card and required payment with another card.

Main advantages: Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful and could speak reasonable English which was good considering the number of foreign guests staying at the hotel. Not sure if they had other language skills as a large number of tourists were from other European countries (most of the business community were from mainland China). Atmosphere and facilities were on a par for this grade of hotel. Dining facilities were good with a reasonable selection of foods of good quality.

Main disadvantages: Hotel staff asked to leave deposit, which excedded the cost of our two rooms in spite of sum which was blocked from credit card. We have to pay by cash, but this sum is still blocked.We haven't acess to Ex. lounge, which was mentioned on your site for Royal Club room, so I didn't see adavantages for this kind of room except late check out.

Main advantages: I liked Prime hotel' s design, location, silence, quality of room service. Late check outy was important for us. Thank you very much for help in reservation of your hotel. It was perfect
