Main advantages: Staff are friendly and most are able to speak in English, plus they were very helpful when I needed directions while traveling. The most important thing for me is that the apartment was a very safe place for me, they have plenty of staff around all day and the front desk was manned 24/7(Even when traveling out till late there will always be someone to open the apartment doors to let you in!). The staff were also very patient, though there was a little bit of a language barrier they were always happy to draw up a map or write out directions for the taxi in Chinese. Overall, I am a very happy traveller and would come back again!

Main advantages: The staff is absolutely great! they all speak english and are very kind and helpfull, amasing! The price is so cheap but is nothing compared to what you get. It might seem a bit far from city center but its ubication gets you a good sight of the real Beijing.

Firda , - Business trip

Main disadvantages: the staff complaint about our room which is very dirty. Since we stayed for 3 nights and 4 person in one room, i think it's very common if our room was dirty.

Main advantages: the location is next to bus stop, and the staffs are friendly enough and have capability to speak English (it's not easy to find someone who could speak english in Beijing)

Foll , - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: Plumbing problem and no lift (stairs after a day out). Most taxis do not know where is the hotel and difficult to find one at night willing to drop us there.

Main advantages: It is a good budget hotel. The family room was clean and had two double beds to fit us four. The staff speak some English and very very helpful to show us how to find our way around (safest and cheapest). I would definitely recommend it and will stay again at this hotel on my next visit. A bit far from the city but the bus and subway are very convenient (cheap compare to taxi).
