Please note that from 1 July 2011 until the end of the year, the hotel's car park is closed due to construction works. Public parking is available at the train station.

Kindly excuse any inconveniences due to noise between 09:00 and 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00 because of the construction work.

Main disadvantages: Very noisy early in the morning . You could hear the people are leaving . In the day off early start cleaning of the rooms which are free ,it prevents the rest

Main advantages: A modern hotel. Comfortable rooms

Main disadvantages: As of October 2011, hotel is undergoing major building work with jack hammers going from about 0800 -1800. Not really a problem if you are out during the day but if you wished to be in the room, it would be very noisy. Possibly why price was so competitive for such a large room.

Main advantages: Good central location close to train station and metro. Free bus/metro passes provided to guests make tripping between hotel, town centre and the lake at ouchy very convenient (saves a lot of climbing). Large comfortable room at a good price for Switzerland.

Main disadvantages: During our stay there was a construction in the hotel. Neither booking.com nor the hotel did not mention it. It decreases our impression from the hotel. No parking.

Main advantages: It is a nice hotel in modern style. The look is simple, but looks nice.

Main disadvantages: Hotel parking was closed due to renovation, which also caused some (very limited, though) noise in the morning.

Main advantages: Location was great: right in the city centre and close to the lake, staff was nice and helpful, rooms were excellent. They also gave us free tickets for public transport in Lausanne.

Ann , - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: Hotel staff was nice but sometimes their accent in English was so heavy I could not understand them, even when I asked them to speak more slowly. I did not understand, for example, why 3 of my room nigh fees were so much more than the others. The comforter on my bed was really hot for summertime.

Main advantages: Mattress in my single room was very comfortable. The maid was very accommodating and seemed always to find times to clean my room which were very convenient. I loved the way my window opened. The breakfast choices were lovely! The location was ideal. This is not important, but I got a big kick out of your elevator numbering! -- it went from floors 1, 2 and 3 straight to 7, without any 4, 5 or 6!

Main advantages: Comfortable, clean hotel, friendly receptionist, convenient location, reasonable price except for internet price which I think you should include in basic price. There was also no room apart from the bedroom wheere I could go quietly to use my computer.
