Main disadvantages: Man in charge of the breakfast room needs some training in how to deal with guests in a friendlier manner.

Main advantages: Quick and early check in, clean and warm bedroom. Good bathroom. View of the jet d'eau over the rooftops. (Room 602). Breakfast included. Good price for expensive city. Check in staff helpful. Ability to store luggage after check out. Ideal location for the station.

Main advantages: Great location, big room, wifi worked fine. Not the best or niciest hotel, but a good safe clean choice for a decent price. Room was quiet even though it was above a pub on a Saturday night and facing main street.

Main disadvantages: Only improvement would be a softer bed and a thicker or extra pillow

Main advantages: Staff are always helpful and friendly. Room is always spotlessly clean. Dispite what I have heard I have always had a quiet room. The location is excellent got the station, city shops etc and the lake

Main advantages: The strong points are the following: location excellent, service efficient, cleanliness very good, breakfast also very good, and internet access very good. Given the general prices in Geneva, the value for money of this hotel is good.

Main advantages: The location is perfect: in front of the train station and tram stop; moreover, it is pretty centric. The rooms are simple. Geneva is expensive, so if you compare with otehr hotels, price/quality is fair!!!! I recommend it!!! The staff is really nice and helpful; the room clean and neat. To sum up, it is worth it!!!

Main disadvantages: The breakfast was very simple. It was like you are just eating at your own house. Nothing special or hotel kind of breakfast.

Main advantages: It was a few steps away from the train station, lots of restaurants, shopping is nearby, walking distance to the lake, rooms were clean and have ample space to move around. We requested for adjacent room coz of having young kids and we were given one. Staff were friendly. It was a very convenient place to stay. Internet was working well and free of charge
