Main disadvantages: I was in a hurry and there seemed to be an issue that the room type I had booked was not ready so ended up paying an upgrade which in hindsight and with more time I should not have done.

Main advantages: Good breakfast!

Main disadvantages: I did not like that I was charged for 12 chf consuming something for the mini bar, when actually I did not consume anything, This is something that should be communicated because this small detail sometimes can ruin all the above.

Main advantages: The personnel was very friendly and polite and willing to help with everything. The room was very clean, I was very pleased staying in Ascot Hotel and most probably I will choose again in the future.

Main disadvantages: I thought the restaurant and entire lobby/sitting area could be spruced up - it was too old English for my liking but maybe that's the style they're going for. The performer in the restaurant was ok, not great.

Main advantages: Room was pretty nice. Close to work.
