Main disadvantages: The rooms aren't soundproofed, so you can hear a lot of noise from next door rooms or hallways. Since other than that, the hotel and it's neighbourhood are pretty quite, this can be a bit aof a problem. There were no coffee&tea making facilities in the room.

Main advantages: Very good location, there is a tram stop right in front, tram 92 or 94 is connecting you directly with the city center in 10 minutes. If you prefer walking, Louise avenue is great for that, with lots of shops, restaurants... The designers touch in the whole hotel is amazing. Great, quirky, white stuff :) My room was very clean, quite spacious, with beautiful bathroom and a balcony, Buffet breakfast was very nice as well, with big selection of food, hot&cold drinks, my favourite freshly squeezed juices. I didn't speak much with the hotel staff, but they seemed nice and helpful.

Main disadvantages: some of the "design" aspects are not practical or pleasing on the eye. The paintings on the wall in my room were nightmare inducing and deeply unwelcoming. It was impossible to have a shower without soaking the bathroom

Main advantages: as a business location/stay it was ideal in terms of location. good breakfasts.

Zé Brussels, Belgium - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: What I didn't like was the fact that for each of the nights there was a different price (&&(, 165, 125 or something like this). I have a treshold of 140 per night and the glocal price for the 3 nights would fit within this limit but becasue of 1 night was preiced at 165, I had to pay from my pocket the difference to 140.

Main advantages: The fact that I ahd booked (and paid) for 3 nights and becasue of an air line strike I had to stay only 2 nights and I was promised that I would have a free night for my next stay as the reimbursement was not an option. I am counting with that free night to become a frequent client.

Main advantages: Good central location. Excellent facilities - Wi-Fi and breakfast buffet included in the price. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Simple, efficient and did the job!

Main disadvantages: I would have liked to have a possibility to make me a cup of tea in the evenings. I missed that kind of facility in the room.

Main advantages: The hotel had everything you need for a business stay; good breakfast, good bead, clean bathroom and a television with enough channels. It is a perferct no-nonsense hotel.

Main disadvantages: Function follows form in this design hotel, so you have to deal with little inconveniences. But this rather made me smile than annoy me ...

Main advantages: I very much like the design of the rooms and the overall "cool" atmosphere at the hotel. The location is great, not directly in the tourist area, but in convenient distance, also to EU institutions.

Main disadvantages: The staff were rather indifferent on the reception desk. The service wasn't bad, it was just minimal. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom was old and had lost its waterpoof coating, so the bathroom flooded very easily.

Main advantages: The breakfast was of a decent quality with a regularly restocked selection of juices, breads, pancakes etc. available. Even if you arrive towards the end of the advertised breakfast times there is still plenty of choice (not the case in all hotels)! The room was fine, and the bed was utterly enormous.

Vitor Castelo Branco, Portugal - Rest with children

Main advantages: It is a very original design hotel 100 metters away from Maison des Associations Internationales, 20 metter to Tram Station and not far from bus 38 stop. My room was really big with huge window to Avenue Louise.
