Main advantages: Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good location in a quiet area, with places to eat and drink. Close to metro system. Breakfast was excellent with good choice of both cold and warm food.

Main disadvantages: Paying additional eur 20 per day for Internet, especially as there is not even wireless in the room. For using the wireless in the lobby, you have to pay extra (although I complained about having to pay double, and I could it then use for free).

Main advantages: The location is excellent for business trips to the European Commission. The rooms are quite nice, staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is excellent. I would definitely come again.

Fritz Vienna, Austria - Rest with friends

Main disadvantages: The dark wooden walls of the rooms makes the space seem smaller than it is. The lamps in the room are very poor; there is not enough light to read documents of a newspaper. The price is too high.

Main advantages: Gardenside rooms are quiet; I spent a calm night. The hotel is located just beside the eu institutions and a stop of the bus to the airport.

Main disadvantages: Internet was very expensive and for a four star hotel is unacceptable in 2011 to charge internet so much.

Main advantages: The hotel was really great as far as concerns the facilities and services and the breakfast was absolutely great and more than enough.Employees were nice and kind and very proffessional.We recommend it!

Main disadvantages: Expensive room rates. Breakfast buffet ridiculously expensive!

Main advantages: Sooth silent athmosphere. Perfect after a hectic day with meetings. Excellent location next to Schumann. I like the dark panel interiors of the rooms.
