Main disadvantages: The size of the pool was not as I expected, it's really too small. Carefully consider the location if your actitivies will take place in the city central.

Main advantages: The hotel is very clean. The service from hotel staff is hospital and efficient. The location is about 2,5kms from Antwerpen Centrum so you will need to take a trasnportation to go to the city central. The cable tv mostly consists of channels in Dutch, really European channels. The swimming pool is small and don't expect that you can get a nice workout in pool. The fitness center facility is clean, organized and quite up to date. The breakfast is typical European, please don't expect variety of menus, but it's quite fulfilling. There is a spacious parking lot so if you're driving a car or travel in groups with cars, you won't have difficulties parking. Free wi-fi in room is provided with excellent signal strength. Don't forget to ask for the password when checking in.

Main disadvantages: I was insulted at being asked to provide a cash deposit and mortified when I tried to use my Allied Irish Bank Laser Card for this purpose and had it rejected. On checking this out later I discovered that there was no problem re funding (it's a debit card) so your system must have been at fault. In any event, having to go out (on foot) to find cash was a huge inconvenience. What is the hotel policy with regard to cash paying customers?

Martin Dormagen, Germany - Business trip

Main advantages: Pricing of course, we got a great offer for 64 euro per night :-) Breakfast was great, pool, sauna as well. The superior double-room was really spacious with very comfortable beds.

John Nieuw-Amsterdam, Netherlands - Rest with friends

Main disadvantages: Orange juice at breakfast was not orange juice, but some sugary concoction, bacon was undercooked and greasy (as all bacon tends to be, I guess).

Main advantages: We got a rate of €69 plus €11 for parking the car, so a total of €80 was far and away the best deal I found on any website for a one-night stay for March 26th. The place had everything going for it, the location was ideal as the #24 tram was a 3-minute walk and then 10 ride to the city center. Breakfast was ample, indoor pool, sauna, and exercise area were nice extras.
