Main disadvantages: One negative aspect was the fact that the sofa bed for the children was not made upon arrival. After heading into town and coming back in the evening, the bed still wasn't made. After mentioning it at the reception, housekeeping came straight away so our children had a good night sleep.

Main advantages: nice spacious rooms, good location to visit the center of town

Ortwin Breda, Netherlands - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: Bar is a bit small for such a large hotel. Cosy seats but occupying too much space in order for many people to gather. Service rather slow because they also have to manage the restaurant. Outrageous expensive internet service (€5/15 min.) - not anymore of this time

Main advantages: Excellent hotel, nice and well-equiped rooms. Nice atmosphere and quiet. Well-located for EU-buildings and near metro and railway station.

Dan Bucharest, Romania - Business trip

Main advantages: Very nice reception staff, very clean rooms with lots of accessories (including iron and iron board), silent position, new decorated room, nice bathroom. We have received a very nice decorated room with a very comfortable bed so our short stay was a really pleasure. Great value for money. I recommend it.

Main disadvantages: The hotel itself is extremely difficult to find so make sure you have very good and complete directions. Also the reception staff need to explain how to get to the parking garage, to avoid having to find your own way around the one way system by the hotel. Poor service in the bar, which the very courteous restaurant manager was quick to attend to.

Main advantages: The hotel itself is well-appointed with a swimming pool and gym. There is also a steakhouse restaurant and bar in the lobby area. The rooms and en-suite bathrooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. The reception staff were courteous.

Main disadvantages: Internet fees are too high. Wifi in the lobby would be nice if rates are not to be modified.

Main advantages: Housekeeping stood out this trip...5 star service! Great weekend with no park(covered garage) or breakfast fees. Breakfast as always was very nice/plentiful.

Main disadvantages: I dont understand why breakfast has to be this expensive. I would have stayed there, if it would not have been thiss expensive. Of course I go around the corner to a cheaper and very nice place. What other choice do I have ?

Gusztav Budapest-Dunapart Teher Pályaudvar, Hungary - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: They blocked on my card 50 € /room/day, and I could not get it back the whole amount until now. I don't understand this practice. I am waiting back approximately 100 €.

Main advantages: Very good location, nice, comfortable room, good wellness services, safety garage.
