Main advantages: Excellent location. Welcoming, cheerful and helpful staff. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Less than 10 minutes walk to Grand Place, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the Galleries - great buzz in the area. First visit to Brussels - had never heard how beautiful it is, what a great city it is for food, and how friendly everyone is. We walked and gazed and ate and marvelled and enjoyed.

Main advantages: Very good location. 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place and 10 minutes in the other direction to the Avenue Louise. Very good rooms, furnishings, towels etc of high quality and very clean. Superb breakfast buffet, the service and quality and choice absolutely first class.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast at 25 euros is really expensive. Absurd that they don't offer option to have just coffecand a croissant. Lack of wireless in the room is also bad. Only available in the hall fee of charge

Main advantages: Position was excellent right in the middle of the city and rooms are very quiet

Main advantages: The staff were really friendly and our bedroom was gigantic with a lovely comfy bed and a really nice bathroom. Couldn't beleive how nice our view was from the bedroom windows - looked right out onto the square and cathederal.

Main disadvantages: This time in junior suite room 322: bedding was bad, just matress on 2 wood planks ! duvet was way too hot, not appropriate for season. Lighting too too dim. Wifi should be free in totality of hotel , not just 30' in lobby, in today's age this is not serious. Breakfast & dining room: food could do much much better, bkst @ 25 eur is too much for qlty of what is offered, 16 eur for continental is a joke. Dining: choice is very limited, food is not good nor comes across as fresh. Housekeeping is mediocre. Plus toiletries were not re-furnished during the 7 nights. Comes across as penny wise and pound foolish. Front desk: ok, could be slightly kinder.

Main advantages: I have stayed 3 times and like hotel very much, location is great. When in bssls I shall return to nh sablon. Deluxe rooms are v small so upgraded to junior suite as I stayed 7 nights.. Valet parking, bagage men, front door service: excellent, very kind and helpful. Breakfast & dining room: staff good.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast is rather poor; better explore the area for brasserie where to have breakfast as the hotel is surrounded by these kind of places

Main advantages: Great location in one of the most vibrant and historically relevant districts of Brussels. Helpful and kind staff members,spacious and clean rooms,late check out (17:00) on Sundays without any additional fees.Perfect value for money

Main disadvantages: The surrounding area was beautiful, but not ideal when traveling on a budget! It is in a relatively expensive area of the city. There is plenty to walk to...but if you're worried about where you're money is going, there are cheaper areas where you should stay. No where to just "run down and get a cheap bite."

Main advantages: Very nice stay with this hotel. We were traveling with my young son and the hotel was very accommodating in regards to his comfort. They supplied him with a nice and large crib, coloring/activity books, and his own lotions and soaps. They hotel also has discount coupons in the room for local shops. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced considering the surrounding area. We loved the view from the room--old church out the window. We didn't mind, but there were bells from the cathedral to deal with!
