| Main disadvantages: Wifi is free is free in the lobby only, it's not a fast connection, just
the necessary speed for a smartphones usage. They could offer the wifi
for free in the rooms... The furniture is a bit old but this didn't
bother us the rooms are comfortable The toilets could be better
equipped! But maybe because we booked a standard room.... |
| Main advantages: Very. Good location, close to everything and all attractions of the city
(everything within 1 to 10min walking) The hotel stuff isvery helpful,
always ready smiling and willing to help or answer questions. One of the
largest shopping streets is right at the back of the hotel (for shopping
lovers) Clean rooms. |

| Main disadvantages: Don't bet on the room service. Having specifically chosen nh Atlanta for
having room serivce, as I was arriving late, when I phoned for it at
11pm I was told the chef was not present so only one dish was available
- not what I wanted. |

throughout, the room was perfect, well equipped, clean and modern,
nothing wrong with it, not too big but not too small either, just what
you expect from a decent hotel for a one night business trip. |

| Main disadvantages: Towels were very dirty had marks on it, even newly washed ones.
Internet should be free. There was a option to upgrade for Euro 15.
girls behind the desk were reluctant to do so and this option was not
explained properly. |

| Main disadvantages: I don't understand why one has to always ask for more pillows, why can't
a good hotel stock several more in the room closet. I do think that for
the price and high standard of the hotel guests should have wi fi access
free of charge in the room and not have to trot down to the lobby for a
quick 30 minute free wi fi. Breakfast was fine, however, the price is
really steep and unjustified. The reception are very polite and helpful,
however, we felt a certain lack of flexibility in waiting to ask even
one simple question while another person is being attended to. |

expansive and had all the facilities including a coffee making corner.

was not included and it was very expensive. |
| Main advantages: Good relation cost/quality. In front of a metro station and from a
walking distance from Grand Place (10 min) and Place St Gery (5 min).
Late check out on sundays (5pm). |

| Main disadvantages: Didn't like the pillow selection. I had a choice of a flat pillow or a high pillow, both of which would give anyone a sore neck. As a result of the sore neck, I was not able to enjoy my stay as much as I could have. Also did not like the fact that the restaurant did not offer an a la carte breakfast menu, only buffet for an exorbitant price of 23 euro! |

| Main disadvantages: It was very very pricy. My stay was payed by my company but I would never stay in such a pricy hotel if I had alternatives. Despite the high price, I was charged for wireless Internet through Skype Access (the only way the connection worked). Moreover, the Skype Access was not stable. It took me 40 minutes one time to get connected. |

| Main disadvantages: No soap, shampoo or lotion in the bathroom. It must have been an oversight by housekeeping since its a 4* hotel. Called the front desk who said they'd send it up but we ended up going to the front desk to pick it up since we couldn't wait around before showering. |

| Main disadvantages: One thing was that the website did not specify that the free wifi Internet in the lobby can only be used for a 30 minute time frame and for one time use only. I thought that was deceiving. This makes no sense especially if you need to look something up for one minute. We let the staff know and they let us use it at two different times. |
| Main advantages: We were very close to the grand place, great shopping, the metro, and many restaurants so the location was excellent. The room was a good size and the staff considered my preferences I had specified at booking. The hotel was also very easy to find and it was only a 10-12 minute drive by taxi to the midi train station. |

| Main disadvantages: The wifi in the room costs too much, 6€/h if i am not worng. You can have 30 free minutes (consecutive... so if you loose the connection...) in the lobby, but it is slow and the signal is weak. In the bathroom just 1 soap, 1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1cap for the shower, in 4 star hotel i expect something more. Frigobar was not functioning. |
| Main advantages: The offer Weekend Extender with breakfast included and late checkin (available only for two nights in the weekend) is the ideal to visit the town. The position, 10 minutes walk by the north station (from were you can reach the international airport in 5-10 minutes by train), and 10 minutes walk by the Grand Place. The bad is very long and confortable. The continental breakfast it is served from 7 to 11 (12 on sunday) and very huge, so we didn't need to have lunch at noon, and if you are lucky you can find place on the terrace at the ninth floor. |
