Main advantages: Location is very close to center , clean and comfortable apartment , very security.

Main disadvantages: There is only one tiny snag re the hotel apartment, and that is if you are staying weekends you must pay extra for the room to be serviced, however, the hotel will happily provide extra towels, tea, coffee etc, so we didn't find this an issue. Also, we had balconies, yet no furniture, which was a little strange, and meant the balcony didn't get used.
Main advantages: Location was excellent, being very close to the Parliament and the Palace. The hotel staff are very accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. Should you find the hotel food and bar prices expensive, or just not to your taste, right outside is the beginning of a myriad of bars and restaurants that vary both in price and taste, including Italian, Turkish, German and lots of others. Sandwich bars are also close. The hotel is easy to get to by bus from the airport, and stops within 100 metres, so you can also avoid the expense of taxi's. Please bear in mind that this hotel is near to the Parliament buildings, so is slightly quieter at weekends, this may or may not work for you, but if you are looking for a lively place at the weekend, this should only be used as a base (our favourite bar, the Hairy Canary, is approx 5€ away by taxi, or 10 minutes walk).

Main disadvantages: You need to check in Marriot hotel, next to this apartment. And you can also use the facilities in the hotel. Next time, I have a plan to use a room of the hotel. It seems quite good.
Main advantages: It's best fit for family. Sofa bed is not so good, but it's a trip!

Main disadvantages: The bathrooms could have been more updated, as they were rather stark and some fixtures were plastic.
Main advantages: The location was excellent, and with weekend rates it was especially useful when needing to stay in Brussels between a Friday and Monday. Very spacious.

Main disadvantages: The reception desk was always very bussy and I have to queue many minutes to get served. The Hotel charged me a guarantee per night of stay although I payed the invoice on arrival. The room entrace key card was dezactivated often and I have to get to reception to get activated.

Main disadvantages: The appartments might be comfortable and quite but our bedroom was just above the garage doors which were opening/closingthe whole night - we woke up everytime this happens. In my opinion management of the 5 star hotel should be aware of things like this and prevent renting such rooms. We stayed two night, otherwise we would heavily compalin. Please check location of the room before deciding to enter.
Main advantages: The appartments are very good located, very clean and have everything necessary for short or long term stay. Staff is helpful and friendly (although in Renessance Hotel nearby). Location is excellent, approximity to EC and Parliament, major shopping streets, excellent public transport

Main disadvantages: heating was not so great and the water was heated using a boiler :):):) come on...we had to take showers at 30 mins minimum distance or else...an icy shower :)

Main disadvantages: the fire alarm started three times (we requested a smoking room) but we were not smoking; we called the receptionist and when the team arrived to find out what the problem is they insisted to open the window while we smoke (which we awas did) allthough we tried explaining that we weren't smoking (we just entered the room after being gone for 6 hours)

Main disadvantages: Cable television stations lacked many good choices for english speaking guests. Got tired of BBC, and could not get CNN or any movies/current TV programming. In general I found Brussels and many hotel rates to be quite expensive.
Main advantages: Hotel staff were especially friendly and helpful, despite working in a very busy environment. They were all very professional and seemed personally interested in my comfort and support. The rooms were exceptionally large and well furnished for the price, a very good value.

Main disadvantages: Just one small thing: no mirror anywhere, but bathroom. Please, put the large mirror somewhere, there is planty of space in your otherwise impecable hotel:)
Main advantages: Nice and helpful staff, the room was cosy and clean, the bed comfortable, superb bathroom and very calm place in general. The location is exellent, you can reach metro in max 10 min by walking or taking a bus near the place Luxembourg or just around the corner and going couple of stops to the Trone (the same ticket could be used in metro, bus or tram for 1 hour).

Main disadvantages: Breakfast was included in the room rate. Still they charged us for it. They settled it in the end in a good way. The bed looked luxurious but quality of the matras was not good.
