|
| Main disadvantages: The twin beds in our room were not comfortable. We are used to sleeping
on a king bed. In addtion, the twin I slept on had plastic underneath
the sheets. Made sleeping difficult. |
| Main advantages: Friendly, accomodating staff. Have not seen staff that pleasant and
courteous in a long time. Good people. Great breakfast. Nice atmosphere.
Charming, quaint, intimate hotel. |

|
| Main disadvantages: Although the room, bathroom, bed, etc are well appointed, the low mark
on "comfort" is motivated by the absence of central air conditioning and
the consequent "stuffiness" of the room. The individual air conditioning
unit blows onto the bed.... |
| Main advantages: The hotel is a converted townhouse done with great taste and
imagination, with an impressive breakfast/dining room in a conservatory
at the back yard/garden. The spa facilities are well worth a visit.
Staff is courteous and helpfull. The hotel is conveniently located for
access to the ave. Louise shopping area and the main museums, a little
beyond. There are plenty of good and reasonably priced restaurants
within walking distance. |

| Main disadvantages: My colleagues in rooms at the front said they were noisy due to the
street trams. The elevators are tiny. |
| Main advantages: Excellent food and decor. The restaurant areas and bar were very
charming, with lovely waterfalls in the outdoor seating area. The rooms
facing the back have a nice view over the well-landscaped yards,
creating a nice atmosphere. There is also a nice lounge area with
couches and a fireplace behind the breakfast area. |

|
| Main disadvantages: room price; minibar cost considering room price; 4 Euro for a 0,3 beer is a bit too much; if I remember correctly port:6122 was blocked, so I was unable to play one of my favorite computer games in the evenings |
| Main advantages: Great food, nice people, warm atmosphere |

| Main advantages: Increadibly quiet and peaceful environment, but close to the city centre
and services. I managed to get a lovely room with a private roof
terrace. Exellent breakfast and very attentive service. |

| Main disadvantages: Our room was on the fourth floor with steep stairs and no elevator. Not ideal when traveling with a two year old and six months pregnant... |
| Main advantages: The design of the lobby and the restaurant is beautiful. The hotel had character features everywhere including our room. The restaurant serves excellent food. |

| Main advantages: It looks like your own beautiful mansion in a City. Very homely, luxurious. The restaurant is located in a conservatory and the hotel has small delightful garden. Some of the rooms and apartments are overlooking the garden. The shopping street Louisa is few minutes away. The old city is about 20 min walk. Right in front you will find one of the best chocolate manufacturer in the city, with small chocolate shop for degustation. If you walk in opposite direction to the centre, you will find some very good non touristic restaurants for local public. Don't miss the Quinquallery restaurant and Museum Horta |

| Main disadvantages: Booking arrangement at hotel was (very) inefficient. We had to change twice (!) before we got our room (first two were un-prepared, despite the fact that we arrived late in the evening). We got a free room upgrade in exchange. |
| Main advantages: Typical "belgian style", luxurious and with lots of personality. Classic rooms and furnishing, Very good situation in business/shopping district of Brussels. Hotel has an hamman we didn't use -but looked appealling. |

| Main disadvantages: Parking is a commodity, although they offer it for 15 Euros a day. Takeit as parking it the street cost me a 15 Euro parking fine anyway - ha!The location is a few stops and maybe a total of 15 mins of foot travelto the City Center, but makes up in ammenities what it lacks inlocation. Every extra costs here except breakfast, but if you book atthe right time and save on the room it's like it was included anyway inthe end, I did. Wonderful Hotel and Service overall! |
| Main advantages: The staff were very friendly and wanted to cater to every request. Froma late check-in, to requesting a massage be scheduled that night (andhaving it called it immediately at night!!), usage of the spa (AmazingTurkish Style and Beautiful!), incredible European Breakfast (with a 5Euro option if you want it at your Room!!) to a late check-out request -they honored everything I asked for as they were able to. The garden, water feature and birds made it sound like you were in a private hotelin the country and definately not in the middle of a major EuropeanCity, on a normal Monday work-day (never heard a car even). The bestservice I have had traveling around Europe thus far, bar none.Absolutely a great hidden gem in Brussels. |

| Main disadvantages: Location is fair, but not the most central, and it is definitely not adequate for handicapped people as there are intricate stairs forming a labyrinth. |
| Main advantages: Exquisite taste in decoration, delicious breakfast, amazing spa in the basement, and very discreet place. |

| Main disadvantages: Refresh the Spa! The area is very small, and there is a not too pleasant "old smell" in the "jacuzzi" |
| Main advantages: Very nice hotel, helpful personel and good breakfast. situation is a little far away from "grand place"-area, but near the "Louise"-area, which is less touristic. |
