| Main disadvantages: Parking very expensive - 30 euros per night! Lighting in room rather
dim. No tea or coffee facilities in room. We were surprised to have to
pay an additional "city tax" on our bill. |

| Main disadvantages: Nothing really to complain about. 5* status is debatable, and bathroom
wasn't amazing (also no molton brown likes in the photos!). For the
price we paid it was great though (85€/night). |

centre (15mins). |

| Main disadvantages: They tried to charge me more than double the agreed rate for the
night. Heavy duty mattress and pillow protection and warm rooms mean
you wake up in a bath of sweat. Shower screen missing so needed to
fill the bath (not a big problem). You have to crawl under the table
to plug in your laptop. |
| Main advantages: Spacious, elegant and well presented. I got a quiet room, which I
appreciate. |

| Main disadvantages: The hotel was gorgeous and luxurous and the neighborhood was a little
tacky and dirty. It was a little far from the main square but easily
walkable. Breakfast was too expensive but that was easily solved by
walking to the hotel Metropole right down the street. When we checked in
we were given a small twin room when our reservaion clearly said double.
The bellman was able to rectify it and then we were given a nice room.
Although bathrobes were indicated on the website and their little
phamphet, none were on our room. |

| Main disadvantages: Room was dated (there were no extra outlets). I had to unplug a lamp in
order to plug in my phone / camera chargers. The rooms need to be
updated to accommodate today's electronic requirments. Breakfast was
mediocre at best for a five start hotel. |

| Main disadvantages: On a small street on one side of the hotel there is a club called Insomnia. Our window was just above. During night smokers were comming out and they were very noisy, screaming and singing until morning. |

| Main disadvantages: When doing check-in, lady at the desk proved not to be helpfull at all.
Didn´t have a credit card and had to pay cash for a deposit as they
didn´t accept debit cards for that. |

| Main disadvantages: The hotel is a bit old. There is no kettle in the room. The hotel surrounding area is a bit unsafe during night time. |
| Main advantages: We requested a triple room, we were advised it was not available at the time of booking, however upon our check-in, we were provided a connected room - one twin bed room and one small room with single bed. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is spacious. The hotel is located very close to shopping area. |

| Main disadvantages: When we first checked in we were given a room that was occupied, but
they solved the problem in 5 minutes. Spacious bathroom, but it was
impossible to close the door properly. Extremely expensive breakfast (27
eur). No wireless internet connection in the room. I would have rated
the hotel with 4 stars instead of 5 stars. |

| Main disadvantages: Most rooms do not have internet connections. Wi-fi is only available in the lobby at an exorbitant price. When I voiced my concern, the hotel told me they were in the process of fixing the problem. They were nice enough to direct me to a restaurant just a few steps away where wi-fi was available... for free. |
| Main advantages: The hotel is an old classic that has been completely restored yet retains its cachet. It is very clean, an excellent value for money. The staff was attentive and very helpful. |

| Main disadvantages: The pillows were extra soft, but it's not a big deal if you are staying for a short visit. |
| Main advantages: The location is perfect. There is a metro station just beside the hotel. The famous city 2 shopping mall is across the street. A variety of restaurants are nearby. The rate I got for the room booked threw booking.com is so cheap for the hotel. I stayed for three nights and the total price paid was less then the normal rate for a single night in the same room! The hotel looby and rooms are so nice, just like a palace :) |

| Main disadvantages: In all the trips that I have booked with Booking.Com the bed in this hotel was by far the worse one I have ever slept on they should call into the Imperial Riding School Hotel in Vienna for a lesson. The air conditioner sounded like the engine of a 747 jet and should be scrapped and double glazed windows in the front of the hotel would not be a bad idea. |
