| Main disadvantages: Construction work in the shopping mall next door basement, banging and loud construction work, drilling etc from 8am until 8pm!!!!!!!Really, really annoying. Price was a little heft also. Breakfast extortionate. No view in room although asked for in booking. |

| Main disadvantages: The breakfast could use improvement. It was a bit stuffy in feel, but the food, frankly, didn't live up to the image. I'm not picky, so when I say this, you should take it seriously. |
| Main advantages: The little touches -- tiny Godiva chocolates at reception, for example. The location is unbeatable and though I normally dislike giant chains, the building has an old-Europe feel which I appreciated. It made me feel like I wasn't necessarily staying at a Hilton (no offense!) |

| Main disadvantages: Breakfast costs 25 Euro, but is not worth it. There was the traditional sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs (from Egg-powder!), otherwise 1 sort of Ham, Cheese and Salami and some cut fish in vinegar. Fairly boring for a hotel of this class. The choice of bread was good, coffee was bad. No fresh yoghurt of any kind. All in all not very satisfying. |

| Main disadvantages: Too few people manning reception, so sometimes queues for check-in and
check-out; no concierge; 15 euros a day for internet and no possibility
of internet by the hour (I know some hotels charge even more, but in a
hotel of this class I would expect it to be free); the bottle of water
in the room has a sign on it saying it is part of the mini-bar, which is
mean and petty - again, in a hotel of this class you might expect a
complimentary bottle of watre in the room - and costs 7 euros, which is
outrageous. |

| Main disadvantages: The worst thing possible in a hotel is being woken up by constructions workers due to rennovations of a shopping centre which is below the hotel. After weeks of requesting a quiet room for this evening and receiving confirmations of this calm room from 3 people at the hotel, we were woken up at 02h30 am on a Sunday morning with construction workers making a huge noise for hours. It finally stopped after hours of no sleep. But what is the use of being in a hotel when you cannot get a good nights sleep. This hotel is to be avoided until the construction is over. All rooms whether internal on the courtyard or overlooking the side streets are all exposured to the contruction noise. The hotel manager was professional offering a commercial gesture but this does not solve the construction company's shocking working hours on a Sunday. |

| Main advantages: My second stay at this lovely hotel. Perfect central location and really outstanding service from the lovely staff team. Very comfortable rooms, nice breakfast & excellent value if you book the pay in advance deal. Antwerp is a really cool city for a break with culture, art, fashion & live music a plenty - I'll be back soon & returning to Hilton! |

| Main disadvantages: The problem with big hotels it that it takes ages to get to your room. We were on the fourth floor and then had to traipse up and down several corridors. The view was a grey wall. The only views were at the front of the hotel and the windows there were huge, so I guess they were suites. |
| Main advantages: The hotel was attractive and well situated in the centre of old Antwerp, close to historical sites and restaurants. The staff on reception were helpful and the reception area was splendid. The breakfast buffet was excellent. |

| Main disadvantages: The price is too high for what they offer, too expensive for an old hotel that needs urgent refurbishment, the breakfast lacks imagination as is not very appealing, check out is too slow, no slippers or bathrobe in the room |

| Main disadvantages: Bar staff definitely should be more friendly (especially the girl), and should take an extra step with the guests: for instance when they don't have something we ask for, they should give an alternative, and not just say "no we don't have it'.And also some more information on the spa facilities at the check in would be nice. If we would know that the hotel has them we'd make use of them. |
| Main advantages: The receptionist gave me a late check out opportunity (till 3PM) free of charge. Chambermaid far exceeded my expectations regarding the cleaning a stayover room - my compliments! |

| Main disadvantages: Was a bit tired. In need of updating. Pool would have been nice and dont expect to be charged to use Sauna/steamroom either. Good for a 1-2 night stop-over. |
| Main advantages: Location Location.. bang in the middle of the shopping district (and private door through to shopping arcade) and town square, cathederal, friendly staff, even gave us a free upgrade to a business suite which was a massive room. The prices in the restaurant were also quite reasonable. 14E for a burger and fries not too bad |
