| Main disadvantages: We had to wait more than an hour for our room to be ready. The hotel did
not offer us during this time even a glass of water. Noisy aircondition.
Rather empty walls in the room. If you want to use the pool, you have to
pay an additonal €25 per person, which is not clear when you book the
room and rather strange to say the least for the standards and price of
the Conrad ! |

overpriced if you buy it separately. |

| Main advantages: This hotel is absolutely stunning! 'Lavish' would be the best word to
describe the decor and furnishings. All the staff are excellent- very
helpful, polite. The rooms included extensive (and luxurious)
toiletries, bath robes, slippers, free shoe shine, Nespresso machine & 8
choices of pillow. Breakfast excellent, lots of choice. Excellent
location. A must stay!! |

| Main advantages: Luxury hotel , we booked a deluxe room with baby coy and received large
and luxurious room, bottles of miniral water every day, bathrobes,
excellent breakfast with a large variety of options, the staff was
smiling and efficient, staff with good knowledge and recommendations
for a travell in and out of Brussels, meals chef excellence at a
reasonable price level of the hotel, walking distance to public
transport, for those who like to walk a reasonable distance from
tourist sites, safe location

| Main disadvantages: The hallways smelled bad. The restaurant staff was rude and had us wait
to be seated for ten minutes before even acknowledging that we were
standing there. |

| Main disadvantages: The only negative comment would be that it is part of a large hotel chain and is geared for the corporate world and therefore not intimate. This is to be expected of all the hotel chains; Marriott, Holiday Inn etc. It didn't spoil the break. |
| Main advantages: I had a wonderful relaxing weekend break at the Conrad Hotel. The hotel is very well designed with a delightful relaxing terrace overlooking a quiet courtyard- perfect for the buffet breakfast which was superb. My room was very comfortable, spacious and most importantly - quiet (it overlooked the courtyard). The spa facilities were excellent and reasonably priced, having a swim before breakfast was such a bonus. The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. The hotel is located in the upper town which is a quiet area and apart from the upmarket shopping there are few restaurants or cafes. Lots of cafes and restaurants are based nearby in the Sablon, a pleasant 5-10 minute walk away. The centre of Brussels and the main touristy area is a comfortable 5 minute walk from the Sablon. I would recommend this hotel. |

have family celebration and my wife were asking hotel to prepare small

conservative. Should it be more brilliant, it could be looked much more

| Main disadvantages: Whilst the room was of a good size the decor was very tired; the carpet was worn out in places, the upholstery stained and a lampshade torn. |

| Main disadvantages: there was only one minor detail: I was staying in room 224, and the shower plug did not drain very well. I didn't realise until it was too late, and then the whole of the bathroom got very wet as the water from the shower over spilled |
