Main advantages: Reasonable location (short tram ride from the centre), and very good price. And it was available (so many Brussels hotels are fully-booked...)! Nice breakfast.

Main advantages: The hotel is very well located, the room was amazing (it was one of the executive room). I would have never expected such a great room for that price!!!

Main disadvantages: Location is a bit out of the way, though served by tram and there are plenty of neighbourhood things all about. So in this Brussels centre technically but a little peripheral in actual fact (though only a little). Also two of my three nights staying there a mechanical noise which I think was associated with the central heating, would kick on for 5 minutes or so and recur every 15 minutes or so. The room was otherwise quiet at night and this may have been a temporary issue or one associated with only one side of the hotel but it did make my sleeping a bit off.

Main advantages: Nice room and good value for money in the sense that the price was competitive even compared to budget hotels, yet this was a higher quality than budget. Also liked the nice bathtub in the bathroom.

Main advantages: Freindly staff and warm welcome. large room and big space. On Louis street with all famous brands. Near supermarkets open up to late night. free internet and parking. the Tram station in front of hotel door.

Main disadvantages: Furniture is old and room was unventilated...

Main advantages: The location of the hotel is quite good tram & bus station just in front of it... Friendly staff. If you consider price&benefits it preferable... For a bussiness meeting you generally have couple days and most of the time you need only clean bed, clean shower, quite room, table and internet connection. You have it all in this hotel. Room was big, actually if you consider other European cities and hotels, it was huge. Mine has 2 double beds.

Main disadvantages: Some aspects of repair were non evident . ventilation to the room was poor , the door to the balcony had to left open to cool the room down, as the sun blind on the window was non funtionable ,and there was no Air Con in the room

Main advantages: Courtesy and friendliness of all the staff I dealt with during the stay, the fact that they all spoke english and very helpful , the speed at which and enquirey email was answered ,and its proximiny to the city centre
