Hotel information

On arrival there is a first night welcome basket consisting of tea, milk, sugar, biscuits, breads and a selection of Belgian specialities and wines. Although there is no breakfast room, guests staying longer than 1 night (upon request), will be provided with fresh breads/croissants. All our apartments have Nespresso machines. We are also happy to provide you any other specific items prior to your arrival.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, but there is a terrace that you can use to smoke.

Room information

Each apartment is elegant, individual, luxurious and includes salon, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, flat screen cable TV, DVD (upon request), internet connection and telephone.

Our apartments are all completely equipped with necessary cutlery, china & cooking implements for making & preparing light meals. Each apartment has a land line telephone, charged at normal national telephone call rates and direct plug in internet access.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds
Children older than 8 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged EUR 50 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Prepay Policy
No deposit will be charged.

Internet
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Parking
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Main disadvantages: Internet is only by wire!! This is something really not comfortable!!

Main advantages: The rooms are well furnished.. Comfortable in terms of space. There is a small kitchen with the fridge and the microwave.. The staff of the hotel will bring you in the morning also some croissant, in the kitchen you have a Nespresso for the caffe.. You can really real to be at home!!

Main disadvantages: WiFi rather than fixed line internet would have been handy but not a real problem and a small table and chairs would have been useful given that it is a self-catering apartment but again this is a minor quibble and overall it was a grat place to stay that exceeded our expectations.

Main advantages: Spacious, well appointed apartments in a great central location. Superb value when compared to a hotel of a similar standard and the fresh bread and croisants delivered each morning were a delight. Highly recommended!

Main disadvantages: It was not exacly in the centre of Antwerp, and Britselei is indeed somewhat noisy when the doors or windows are open. Nevertheless it was nice to have a small balcony (big appartment)

Main advantages: The rooms were spacious, kept clean very well, all equipment was available. Reception was very friendly.

Main disadvantages: There is a slight smell of sewage in the hallway.

Main advantages: The location is excellent, close to shopping and the train station. The small kitchen is very convenient. The apartment was very clean. Thank you! The attending manager was quite helpful.

Main disadvantages: Unfortunatly, there was nobody at the reception at 8h00 to proceed our check out...

Main advantages: The new design incorporated into an old fashioned building. The location is wonderfull, center of Antwerp, everything to be reached walking. The little kitchen in the room.

Main advantages: the personal and upmost friendly attitude of the staff. What was really nice were the little croissants at breakfast, absolutely adorable! This would be farmost my favorite choice when i come again to antwerp.
